APSCo offers a comprehensive range of training options, taking recruitment professionals from the first day they arrive all the way through a Chartered leadership qualification to a unique MBA programme. The training is split into a number of progressive programmes:-

Recruiter Core Competencies
Workshops for the More Experienced
CMI leadership programme
MBA (in conjunction with Henley College)
Addtionally, and focusing on the promotion of excellence throughout the professional staffing industry, the Recruitment Practice Standard (RPS) is a unique web-based assessment hub and examination centre for professional recruiters developed by APSCo in partnership with Innergy. The APSCo Professional Develoment division is led by industry training legend, Fiona Lander.
