First Year In

First Year In Building tools and services to help everyone new. FirstYearIn is a mission-driven consultancy based in London.

I started this company from scratch in 2011 to improve how graduates got treated, and then got excited by the scope to help everyone new and spent 3.5 years freelancing while I pieced together evidence and ideas about how to do this. In Oct 2014 I picked up a newly created post with the Association of Graduate Recruiters, to build an national evidence on how employers recruit and develop graduates, and so FirstYearIn is currently "on pause". However, I'm open to work and collaboration to help HR teams support new staff and explore ways of achieving FYI's mission.
