→ Looking to scale your business❓
→ Excited by automation, but not sure how it works❓
→ Want to improve LTV and create MeRR❓

We can help. The Business Catalyst is here to help small and medium-sized businesses soar. We do this through optimisation and Automated Customer Journeys

In any business, there are 3 stages, 9 sections and 54 control points for *every* client that you deal with. That’s a

LOT of tasks to manage and processes to follow - and without automation it’s an accident waiting to happen, which can at best limit your growth and at worst damage your reputation/profits. That’s why we create Automated Customer Journeys

Calling on our 30yrs of industry experience, we’ve turned client journeys into a science - allowing us to help transform how our clients work by optimising EVERY touchpoint. How we can help
=================

If you’re excited by automation, but not sure where to begin, or just want to understand what automation could do for your business

If you’re looking to unlock the value in your list and create MeRR, then Automated Customer Journeys could be just what you’ve been looking for.

Do your business systems feel like a Jenga tower?

One more tool.
One more automation.
One more “quick fix”.

And suddenly everything feels fragile.

This is what happens when there’s no end-to-end customer journey.

Not just marketing.
Not just sales.
But the whole path:

Awareness
Nurture and engagement
A real sales process
Fulfilment and delivery
Retention, reviews, testimonials, case studies

If that journey isn’t mapped, your systems will always feel reactive and unstable, no matter how good the software is.

Tools don’t fix this.
Planning does.

On January 29th, I’m running a live workshop where we map and optimise the customer journey properly, end to end, so your systems actually support growth instead of fighting it.

If your setup feels more like Jenga than Lego, this is for you.

Most businesses start building before they plan.

Without a clear customer journey, it’s like building a LEGO model without the picture on the box.

It might stand for a while – then it collapses.

Before you build systems in HighLevel, you need to design the journey decisions actually move through.

That’s exactly what we’ll do in Customer Journey Blueprint – a live working session where we map the real customer journey behind your business before you build or optimise anything.

📅 29 January
👥 Limited to 10 people
🔴 Live only – no recording

This is the first strategic step I take when onboarding HighLevel clients, before pipelines, automation, or funnels are built.

How long does it take you to trace the origin of a problem in your system?

If the answer is more than a few minutes, you are already in the digital scavenger hunt.

That moment when something fires unexpectedly and you know you’re about to lose time digging through workflows, triggers, tags or logs is not a tech issue.

It’s an architecture issue.

When systems are built without clear structure, documentation and standards, every fix becomes detective work.
When they’re built intentionally, problems are easy to trace and far less frequent.

Why “Smarter” Systems Sometimes Make Bigger Messes

Businesses everywhere are adding AI to their workflows, expecting life to get easier.

But here’s what often happens instead:

Data gets duplicated.

Automations stop talking to each other.

Reports don’t match reality.

It’s not because the tools are bad.
It’s because they’re not truly connected.

That connection (the layer that gives context and understanding between systems) is what makes the difference between smooth automation and digital chaos.

It’s called MCP (Model Context Protocol).
And it’s quietly changing the way intelligent systems are built.

MCP isn’t about replacing your software. It’s about helping your systems understand each other so they work together instead of pulling apart.

If you’ve ever wondered why your tech stack feels clever but clunky, this will explain what’s really going on and how to fix it.

I’ve broken it down clearly in our latest blog

This is one of my favourite analogies, that aligns with what we do, If you’ve ever tried to build a LegoⓇ castle (or Starship) - you’ll know that you need the plan and the to know which pieces you’re going to build with.

I wrote up a piece on it that I think that you’ll find fun

Not a fan of Hormozi, but this move was genius 👇

💰 $4M spent on ads
📈 $6M made back before launch
📚 2.5M+ books sold in a day
🔥 $100M revenue

The twist? He didn’t just sell books.
He sold leverage — donate 200 copies for $6K, and every sale creates 200+ new leads.

Lesson: It’s not the product.
It’s the offer design.

From Chaos to Control

Most businesses don’t have a demand problem. They have a system problem.

You don’t need to do more. You need a client journey that converts without effort.

That’s what Automated Customer Journeys are built for.

Reactive Revenue vs Proactive Profit

Which are you running on?

One is stressful and unpredictable.
The other is automated and structured.

The choice isn’t just strategic, it’s emotional.

Scale isn’t possible without control. Let’s make profit predictable.

Why your team isn’t performing at its best (and what to do about it)

Most teams get stuck because they never move beyond the early phases of team development.

According to Tuckman’s model, every team goes through 5 stages:

𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: excitement but no clear direction

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: conflict, missed deadlines, low trust

𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: alignment starts but energy can dip

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: high ownership, high output

𝗔𝗱𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: closing projects and resetting

Here’s the catch:
You don’t automatically graduate from one stage to the next.
You have to lead your team through it.

If you’re still experiencing friction, missed deadlines, or low initiative, chances are you’re stuck in storming or norming - and no tech, process, or motivational speech will fix it without addressing the real dynamics first.

If you're looking to spot the signs, take action, and get your team operating at A-Player level , them you'll like the blog I wrote on this.

Which stage do you think your team is in right now?
