IT'S HARD TO FALL ASLEEP WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO WIN A GAME. That's precisely why we designed our experiential learning course around an exciting three-way gamified case study.

During our RISING STARS ACADEMY for telecoms professionals, participants compete in one of three brand teams to win the hearts, minds and wallets of customers in the most advanced digital market on the planet. In so doing, they get hands-on experience using forward-leaning strategic marketing principles and methods.

In the fast-paced game, they learn how to challenge a business plan, prioritise opportunities and customer segments, position their brands for success, and create and implement game-changing value propositions and customer experiences to drive preference and commercial results.

HOW TO TRANSFORM OUR FACE-TO-FACE STRATEGIC MARKETING TRAINING ACADEMY FOR ONLINE? We quickly decided what we DIDN'T want: a pre-packaged "in the can" online course like the thousands of others.

Instead we chose to create a highly personal, high calibre experiential LIVE virtual learning course. After all, of over 1000 past telecoms professionals we've trained face-to-face, almost 100% of them said it was the quality of our live facilitation they valued most.

Stay tuned: next we'll explain how we decided to name our training programme.

Our Brand & Deliver Academy continues. Over the past several days we’ve had great engagement from our B2B and B2C teams. Our fictional “Bigmark” telecoms case has been rated as highly relevant to the real life opportunities and challenges our participants are experiencing in their businesses and our gamified learning concept has ignited a strong competitive spirit.
