The Honest and Effective Conversations session at Eton College with KP Snacks at their Line Manager Forum was a brilliant day. A huge bonus to the session, was having stunning views over the Olympic rowing lake.

Our facilitator Jo had around 80 line managers join to explore taking ownership, having brave business conversations, tackling conflict collaboratively and approaching difficult conversations with clarity and confidence.

It was great to deliver this one alongside Lorraine Robinson, who is part of our fantastic associate team.

Session 3 of our Unbottle Potential Programme for CCEP saw us delve into our 'Zero Misunderstanding' topic.

Together, we unboxed effective communication and brought it to life. Two of the biggest takeaways was how eliminating unnecessary filler words helps you to sound more assertive and recognising listening barriers (and then overcoming them) helps us to be fully present.

Our Reality Check and Bucket & Beanbag activities highlighted the value of clear strategy, regular check‑ins and how truly balanced feedback can help people grow.

3 cohorts, 2 continents!

What a great way to finish off the second year of the Xceptor leadership programme!

Wrapped up with a session on Collaboration delivered by Jo S, Rich in London and Arlene in South Africa.

They explored silo working vs. big‑picture thinking, with a big takeaway around the power of seeking feedback and celebrating wins. It was great to see that both teams were so keen to learn more and spark collective action.

Our Hidden Treasure activity brought real‑world challenges to life, from silo behaviours to unhelpful competition and mindset.

It was truly a brilliant way to close the programme for both cohorts, thank you everyone!
