We are celebrating our 4th year of delivering team days for Wisteria (which we love)!

The focus on the latest session was on their five values: trust, collaboration, expertise, ambition and fun, with practical tools the team could use day to day to bring them to life.

The highlight of the session for our facilitator Richard was the teams designing their own games, with plenty of creativity, lots of laughs, and some competitive ambition shining through!

The session was finished with Richard's favourite reminder from Simon Sinek: “Only when we take our values off the wall and actually live them can we say we have a strong corporate culture.”

A phrase often said with good intentions, but reveals a bigger issue in how we think about work.

In our latest blog, Rachel shares why being able to work flexibly around school hours isn’t about luck at all, it’s about trust and a focus on outcomes over hours. By structuring work differently, people can continue to deliver high‑quality results, stay connected to their team and grow their career, all while being present for the moments at home that matter most.

Recently our facilitator Charley delivered a great session with the leaders in the Milton Keynes office for Refresco, exploring how psychological safety drives performance.

They had lots of open conversations about what’s working well, their already strong foundations and where there were opportunities to keep building.

A big takeaway that stood out was how busy environments can limit learning when we jump in with solutions instead of creating space for others to think.

If you are looking to employ school leavers, or support individuals going through this transition, this blog is definitely for you.

Kloe is preparing to leave sixth form this summer, so she has been reflecting on how different the working world really is. Through her experience at PeopleUnboxed alongside education, she has realised it's not just about grades, but skills like communication and confidence are extremely important.

This blog includes the realities of this transition, the skills needed, and advice for anyone about to take that step.

The truth is no one feels fully ready for a huge change and that’s okay; the support that we can receive from others will impact us for the rest of our lives.

We recently wrapped up the final session of the Managers Essentials Programme with J. Coffey, focusing on Time Management & Productivity.

The cohort explored creating healthy work life balance and driving productivity across teams. One of the biggest takeaways from the session was how feedback and asking for help can be essential to building collaborative, high‑performing teams.

Our facilitator, Kate, highlighted how impressed she was with the team's dedication to share ideas and experiences with their peers and how they embraced the idea of learning to challenge processes and ways of working instead of defaulting to “that’s how we’ve always done it”

A huge thanks to everyone involved for the engagement, openness, and learning throughout the programme!

Change doesn’t come with a manual and it definitely doesn’t happen overnight.

If you couldn’t join us for our Learning at Work week webinar, the good news is you can now watch the recording for free!

In this session, Arlene and Jo explored what really helps people move from fear and uncertainty to confidence when things are changing around them, and shared tips on how to understand individual emotions and communicate with them to help navigate change.

There was a powerful reminder to pause and ask what’s feeling versus what’s fact, to be patient with the journey and to notice and celebrate the small wins and steps forward along the way

If you’re leading others through change or experiencing it yourself, this one’s well worth a watch for free here: https://hubs.ly/Q04hh2pR0

Plus, check out the free resource on our downloads page too!
