In celebration of the phenomenal influence of Antipodean hospitality culture, Abode was a two-part networking event which took place over one day in June. Divided between a conference and networking session at Home House and a dinner at Gracie’s Hampstead, it brought together hospitality operators, restaurant groups, chefs and industry leaders (including leading lights from Daisy Green Collection, M I L K B E A C H and Granger & Co.).

The finalists of this year’s Pisco Masters gathered at Dovetail, Leicester Square last month to fight it out with the El Gobernador cocktails to be crowned the Pisco Cocktail Competition 2026 winner (plus the prize of a trip to Chile)!

Wet and Dry were on hand to support the assembled crowds with delicious pisco cocktails while Pro Chile wowed the masses with a showcase of Chile’s exceptional Piscos and we were serenaded with the sweet sounds of the awesome CECILIA. Thank you to our amazing judges Clare Morrow, Clinton Cawood and .
