According to our recent poll, 44% of respondents highlighted the importance of inclusive healthcare benefits. These benefits ensure that LGBTQ+ individuals have access to medical and wellness services that meet their unique needs. Additionally, 26% of respondents expressed strong support for providing transitioning support.

Inclusive healthcare means more than just a policy—it means tangible support that LGBTQ+ employees can use and benefit from. When companies prioritise healthcare inclusivity, they show a genuine commitment to supporting diverse identities and experiences.
