Stop reading job descriptions like a checklist. ✨

Most candidates open a job posting and ask one question:
“Do I meet the requirements?”

That question only gets you halfway there.

The stronger question is:
“What problem is this company trying to solve by hiring this person?”

Because every job description is a message in code. Read closely and you’ll find:

🔍 Repeated skills → what they can’t compromise on
🎯 Business priorities → the real reason behind the hire
📋 Key responsibilities → what “success” looks like in month one
🤝 Stakeholders → who you’ll actually work with
📈 Expected outcomes → what you’ll be measured on

Once you’ve decoded that, the real question becomes:
“Where have I solved similar problems before?”

That’s where your strongest examples live — not in your job titles, but in the outcomes you’ve already delivered.

Your application shouldn’t just say “I have experience.”
It should say “I understand what you need.”
