Here is a Dyson dc33 upright vacuum that ive recently serviced for the customer. They said that it had previously been used for building work, and i found that it was blocked. A full strip down and clean sorted the machine out and it now looks near new!

When refurbishing machines a lot of time and effort goes into them tho get them up to near new condition! Each machine goes through different stages to make sure that it is performing as it did when it rolled of the production line!
Stage one includes stripping the machine completely and checking for any parts thats maybe broken or worn. Then during stage two, all of the plastic parts are then washed, the internal filter is also machine washed (or replaced with a new one depending on condition) and then the motor and other electrical parts are overhauled and checked.
Stage three then includes drying, re-checking for broken parts followed by polishing and re-assembling and testing the machine to ensure it is performing to a high standard!

Another repair done for a local cleaning company on this 2006 henry. Due to age and the environment that it is used in, the cable had split resulting in exposed wires!! A new cable has been fitted and it is as good as new!! New cables from £15 + parts!!!

Here is a recent repair i’ve done. The customer brought it to me, saying it was making a loud noise! Turned out to be a chewed cog (which is a common fault on the gtech machines) and a melted gear box housing!!
