Aussie beach life…
Many years ago living in Australia, I came to the realization that water, in all its shapes and forms, was one of the biggest loves of my life.
Such a simple thing, and yet this simple thing has an extraordinary impact on my entire being.
Given we’re mostly made of water, it’s not surprising that many of you probably love water too. But how conscious are you that you love water? Do you make an effort to be around it? To acknowledge it? To be present with it?
That’s the thing with what we love in the world. It’s often right in front of us. Waiting to be acknowledged, received and actively appreciated.
Whilst these are beautiful pictures and water may not be readily available to us all, we can find ways to appreciate it.
🚰 Infuse your next glass of water with love or abundance as water contains cellular memory (this is an entire topic in itself).
🚿 When you’re bathing or showering, give appreciation to the water that’s cleansing you, and turn the dial to cold if you should dare.
☂️Celebrate next time it’s rains rather than being bothered by it.
💧Find a source of water where you live, because water is all around us, even if you’re pretty much land locked.
Water is essential to life and our wellbeing and I believe that the science of water should be a part of our learning + development given its extraordinary capacity to heal, rejuvenate, and modify our emotional state.
Next time you come into contact with water, stop for a moment and ask if it’s something you love and appreciate, or at the very least something you value.
If you want to learn more about structured water and its magical qualities there’s a lot of research online. And if you recognize that you love water, actively bring it into your life and become aware of how it makes you feel.
