It's that time of the year again!
Ensure compliance with UK gender pay gap reporting requirements by submitting your report on time. For most public authority employers, the deadline is 30th March. For private, voluntary, and all other public authority employers, it's 4th April.
Who must report?
-Employers with 250 or more employees on a specific date each year ('snapshot date'):
- Each year that you have 250 or more employees on your snapshot date.
-Each separate 'legal entity,' if you are part of an organization or group with more than one legal entity.
Remember, reports must be submitted and published within a year of your snapshot date.
