Ai will create terrible content... unless you prompt it properly.

Here’s a system you can steal to create stronger, better-written and less predictable content:

Step 1️⃣ Create a custom Claude Project
This lets Claude keep context across sessions, so it’s not starting from scratch every time.

Step 2️⃣ Set up your Project instructions
You need to fill this with as much context as possible. Give details on your ICP, what you offer, the result you’re looking for, what your content pillars are and any key stories. The more detail you can include the better.

Step 3️⃣ Upload your tone documents
Upload the best posts you’ve already written, tell it the words you would never use, and layout any brand guidelines.

Step 4️⃣ Define your post anatomy
Tell Claude exactly what each section of a post should do and how it should be structured

5️⃣ Add examples of good and bad output (few-shot prompting)
This is so important and most people skip past it. If Claude doesn’t understand what bad looks like it won’t know what to avoid. Upload some bad examples and layout what made them terrible.

6️⃣ Structure an effective prompt
Include topic, target audience, goal, hook style + CTA destination.

7️⃣ Refine + edit manually
Finally, the most important part. This is how you stand out from AI slop.
I teach people to follow the 10-80-10 rule...
You do the first 10% (which we’ve just covered above), AI does the middle 80%, then you make it yours with the final 10%

Claude is more than conversations and skills, here’s exactly what it can do for you an your business.

Claude has four core offerings:
Chat - the one most people are using
Cowork - lives on your computer and handles daily tasks
Code - when you want to build product or ship features
Design - to quickly mock up deck, landing pages and apps

These are split across three models
Opus 4.7 - the smartest but most expensive model
Sonnet 4.6 - fast and cheap, ideal for your every day tasks
Haiku 4.5 - very fast and cheap, best for speed at scale

Then there’s the plugins
For me, the top ones I use are:
Gmail, slack and Notion but field agents can take it even further.

Here’s what the LinkedIn data is actually showing right now 👇

Reach is still down, competition is up but most people are still posting like it’s 2023.

The average creator is only gaining 4 followers a week.
Meanwhile, niche creators are completely exploding.

LinkedIn even confirmed it earlier this year: Specific content will outperform broad content.

A few other things standing out right now:
* Conversational writing is outperforming polished “corporate” copy.
* Smaller accounts are growing faster than big ones.
* Posts with proof in the hook are holding attention far better.
* Authenticity has become a signal the algorithm likes.

So, which formats are winning the most?
→ Infographics
→ Video
→ Quote-style content

And the topics with the highest viral potential are:
* Career growth
* Work-life balance
* Leadership
* AI

One more thing to consider, the lead magnet strategy still works incredibly well if you do it properly.

A great lead magnet needs to do something genuinely useful, explain the value clearly, ask people to comment a keyword then send them to a landing page that captures emails.

LinkedIn still presents the most undervalued opportunity in 2026.

If you want to learn my exact lead generation strategy comment “guide” and I’ll send you the link to a free live event I’m hosting next week.

Claude vs ChatGPT vs Perplexity… How do they recommend your business? 👇

1. Claude

Claude tends to recommend content that feels thoughtful, credible, and deeply researched.
If you want Claude to cite your brand, focus on detailed case studies, clear methodologies, expert-led insights, and content that explains the “why” behind the answer.

It’s great for businesses building authority in technical, legal, financial, healthcare, or research-heavy industries.

2. ChatGPT

ChatGPT rewards content that is structured, searchable, and widely relevant.
To increase your chances of being referenced, create strong topical authority through FAQs, industry guides, comparison pages, statistics, and consistently updated educational content.

For brands that want broad visibility across high-volume search and AI discovery queries, ChatGPT is still a great option.

3. Perplexity

Perplexity prioritises transparent, source-backed information with clear attribution.
If you want to appear in Perplexity answers, publish research-driven content with recent data, expert commentary, strong formatting, and highly quotable insights backed by reliable sources.

This is best for companies focused on trust, discoverability, and being cited directly in AI-driven research.

If you want to see how your company is currently cited, comment “Searchable” and I’ll send you a link to our free visibility report.

LinkedIn should bring you massive opportunities 24/7 👇

I’ve been posting every day on there for nearly 3.5 years and i’m always excited to show other people exactly how powerful it can be.

But let me honest, being a LinkedIn creator is a rollercoaster. There are massive opportunities to earn visibility and generate leads. But the algorithm is famously unpredictable.

Forbes recently asked me what entrepreneurs can do to stand out and build an audience on there, here’s what I told them:

✅ Your profile signals your authority.

The algorithm reads your profile to verify your authority.

Make sure it’s as clear as possible.

✅ Saves are the metric that matters

Bookmarks tell LinkedIn your content is worth coming back to.

Write posts that would make someone hit that save button.

✅ Consistency beats timing

As I told Forbes, there has never been a golden hour.

Make a schedule and be consistent.

✅ Consider your content formats

Steer away from polls and focus on better-performing formats.

Shorter, engaging carousels will increase completion rates.

The nature of how we generate leads has shifted

If your profile can consistently gain attention organically, then you have an asset most businesses are desperate for.

The challenge is navigating the algorithm.

On Wednesday at 17:30 BST I’m hosting a free live event to explain exactly what’s happening to the LinkedIn algorithm and how you can still drive attention in 2026.

Comment “Algo” and I’ll send you the link.

LinkedIn isn’t dead… But it does keep changing 👇

Since Q4 2025, there have been 8 changes that my team and I have identified, and if you’re still playing by the same rulebook, you’re being left behind.

We studied 397,605 posts across over 50 industries, and here’s what the data actually says right now:

Follower count doesn’t drive reach anymore. In Q4 2025, accounts with 100k+ followers grew 17.6x faster. Now, creators with 10–25k are catching up. The algorithm is redistributing reach. The people who understand that are winning.

Niche beats broad. Relatable topics like remote work and wellbeing used to dominate with massive reach but now it’s specific, interest-led infographics pulling 100k+ views. The more targeted your content, the further it travels.

Frequency compounds very fast. Creators posting 6x a week are getting 3.1x more views per post. Consistency isn’t just a mindset thing, it’s a reach multiplier that will help your account grow.

Claude freebies are the new lead magnet. GPT-based resources dominated the end of 2025 but Claude has taken over and skills are now outperforming everything else across every niche. Some posts are even hitting 4,000–5,500+ comments !

Infographics are the dominant format. Carousels used to lead on reach. Infographics now make up 29% of all top 1% posts. If you’re not using them, you’re leaving reach on the table

Write like a real person. Short, formulaic posts are losing ground but posts that read like a well-structured voice note and are conversational, slightly imperfect, 1,250 to 3,000 characters, are performing 228% better.

Put links in the post. The “link in comments” rule is dead. Posts with 3 or more external links are getting 441% higher reach.

Native video is building its own culture. It used to just reinforce trust with your existing audience. Now it’s building its own creator ecosystem. Top 1% creators are adding around 1,000 followers a week from video alone.

The opportunity is still there. Most people just haven’t updated their playbook.
