It took me 8 years to build my agency and 8 weeks to lose almost everything…

If you want to hear the full story of how we bounced back and what I’d do if I was building an agency in 2026, comment ā€œVerbā€ and I’ll DM you a link to my latest YouTube video explaining exactly how !

How you can beat AI content and make Google trust YOU

Send this to someone trying to rank on Google šŸ‘‡

If you want your brand to show up on Google in 2026, you can’t do it with one great page.

Instead you need a network of pages that solve different queries and work together to build your authority.

If you want to see the full tutorial I published comment ā€œGOOGLEā€ and I’ll send it over šŸ‘‡

If you want to get traffic from Google, do this… šŸ‘‡

First, Google has changed. Over half of all searches now trigger an AI overview, and the way you appear in those searches needs a completely different approach to classic SEO.

Start by searching the 50 terms your ICP Google’s before they find you. Write down which trigger AI overviews and find the sources.

If Forbes, or a publication, is cited, that means Google thinks the user wants a third-party opinion; you won’t be able to influence that.

But if a YouTube video, or a competitor’s website, or a listicle appears, you can influence that.

Do not create content giving the best answer to the original search query with new information and in the same format that was originally referenced.

This won’t happen overnight, but each time Google’s AI retrains, it will learn from you.

Every founding team needs a UX & Design lead… šŸ‘‡

Right now it’s never been easier to build a basic product but that just means thousands of products all look the same.

A design lead’s role is to bring taste to the product and give it a unique experience over everything else on the market.

Do you agree?

This is a message to all entrepreneurs šŸ‘‡

If you want to build a big business, you don’t need to dominate an entire market. You just need to capture a small percentage of a very large one.

The best way to assess this is by calculating your TAM.

The formula is simple:

Total potential customers X total customer spend = Total addressable market.

Once you know your TAM, work out what percentage of that market you can realistically capture. That will tell you whether the opportunity is big enough to pursue.

I’ve just dropped a full video explaining how this framework helped me grow Searchable from Ā£0 to $3M ARR in just five months.

Searchable just hit $3M in ARR and closed a $14M investment at an $85M valuation šŸ‘‡

It’s been a wild few months. Let me explain a bit about how we got here.

Last year, I noticed AI was fundamentally changing how everyone finds their information, and if your business wasn’t indexing within AI search engines, you are going to lose out.

There are 1 billion monthly users on ChatGPT.

750 million on Google Gemini.

100 million for Perplexity

And about 50 million on Claude.

Not only that, but half of all Google searches now show with an AI overview.

We’re in the middle of a massive behavioural shift, and most businesses still haven’t realised it.

In September, I flew to San Francisco to network with the best engineers I could find.

I was lucky enough to sit down with Sam Hogan and Arya Nagabhyru, who were working at YC start-ups at the time and were both as convinced as I was that AI Search would be the next billion-dollar industry.

They moved to London, and we spent 70, 80, 90-hour weeks testing our idea and building our first MVP.

In December, we did a soft launch and generated some incredible feedback.

Whilst everyone else was celebrating Christmas, we worked non-stop to implement every piece of feedback.

In January, we launched publicly and hit $1M ARR in 3 weeks.

I truly believe what we’re building is the best tool on the market.

We’ve started to grow an incredible team to help scale Searchable into a billion-dollar business, and we’re working flat out to make that a reality.

I’ve just released a full breakdown of every step we went through to take this from an idea and turn it into a viable business.

If you want to see exactly how we did it, comment ā€œSearchableā€ and I’ll DM you a link!

I’ll also give you free access to our visibility report so you can see how your business is mentioned in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google.
