Hello everyone,
My name is Rafal , if you are looking for a reliable person for interior finishing work or looking for a suitable subcontractor then I recommend myself.
I have done various interior and exterior finishing, construction, painting and decorating projects and in my spare time between assignments I work as a handyman.
I work very reliably and am very serious about the work or orders entrusted to me, I care about high quality, I try to take care of every detail, I avoid foul-ups. I would be happy to meet and discuss the details, feel free to contact me.
A more detailed description of the work I do- thermal insulation of buildings inside and outside:
-roofing (roofing felt)
-preparing surfaces and painting and decorating (when I paint, I avoid low standards)
-preparing and painting furniture (water/oil/varnish)
- fitter 1 and 2 (partition walls, standard and acoustic ceilings 1 and 2)
- skimming/filling
-basic electrical and plumbing work
-bathroom fitting (not all tiling) sometimes I replace damaged tiles.
-kitchen fitting
- laying of wooden and laminate floors
-building joinery (skirting boards, door frames, window frames, sills)
-repair or replacement of windows/doors
-I have done cost estimates for all my work and time estimates,
-good at assessing situations and managing and dealing with people, i understand "project death line".
-I have provided estimates for insurance companies after floods and fires.
-I am mobile and have my own tools to do the above mentioned work.
-I keep my tools in private storage
