The foods you feed your child before dinner will have an effect on their sleep.
Complex carbohydrates that are slow to release energy, foods that are high in tryptophan, foods that are high in melatonin, potassium,and magnesium are all good choices.
Try to avoid caffeinated beverages, energy drinks chocolate- because it contains caffeine, dried fruits because they are really hard to digest they are really high in fibre and can cause bloating or gas. The reason why you should avoid tomatoes and aubergine is because they both contain tyramine which is a stimulant and the same applies to aged cheese.

How much your baby cries is NOT a reflection of your parenting. Some babies are naturally more sensitive or expressive—it’s just who they are. If your little one cries a lot, it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. You are doing an amazing job!
