I don't know about you but I can certainly relate to this article about coping with the disappointment of our non-Summer. Expectations were high, yet for many, Summer has left us underwhelmed and living in hope of an Indian Summer😏 ☀️☀️ However, it's not all doom and gloom, as the seasons serve their purpose. Autumn for me is about reflection and shedding the things that no longer serve me. It's about hunkering down and refuelling and nurturing my mind body and soul and that it in itself can be liberating and empowering ❤🙏
