So what does the role involve? In Egi’s own words:

“My new role is looking at IoT and data systems to promote improved service structure using technologies that will drive the future of Cimbali Group Service.”

📋 What does a Data Ambassador do?
📡 Administering assets remotely and using telemetry to resolve technical problems
📈 Monitoring asset performance and analysing internal and external data to support the service department
🔍 Performing asset audits, including boiler inspections and telemetry audits
🔧 Analysing reports to drive first-time fix rates, and identifying trends in parts consumption
🎓 Delivering customer training and demonstrations on IoT systems
