How do we strengthen partnerships and expand the reach of Cimbali Group UK across the coffee industry? ☕🤝
With decades of experience across coffee, training, equipment and business development, Robert Ward, our Head of Distribution Partnerships, plays a key role in helping shape how our brands and products reach the UK market.
After starting his coffee journey in the late 90s exploring origins and flavour profiles, Rob joined Cimbali Group nearly 20 years ago. Since then, he’s worked across multiple areas of the business including training, service management and product development with our Italian HQ, international training development and sales promotion.
Today, Rob focuses on developing strong relationships with distribution partners and resellers, helping grow our presence across the UK while supporting teams across the wider business.

Rob has also played an important role in establishing the Slayer brand in the UK, helping build the support and infrastructure needed to showcase the full potential of these machines to the wider coffee market.
