Today I realised something—I almost missed International Women’s Day.

Normally, I would be posting early, attending events, maybe even speaking somewhere. But this year has been intense. Work has been demanding, life has been full, and sometimes you’re simply trying to keep everything moving.

And maybe that’s actually part of the story of many women.

Not every season looks like celebration or achievement. Sometimes it looks like resilience, quiet faith, long hours, and trusting that the next step will open at the right time.

I’m grateful today—for the strength women carry, for the support we give each other, and for the grace that meets us even in the busy or uncertain seasons.

To every woman navigating life one step at a time: you are doing better than you think.

Last week, I shared that I’ve been quiet.

Here’s what that quiet has been teaching me.

Pressure reveals your anchors.

When things feel uncertain, what do you default to?

Panic… or discipline?

Fear… or faith?

I’ve realised growth isn’t dramatic most of the time.

It’s found in small, steady choices:

– Protecting long-term stability over short-term comfort.

– Keeping commitments even when tired.

– Staying grounded when things feel heavy.

Leadership isn’t proven in calm moments.

It’s shaped in the unseen ones.

And I’m grateful for what’s being built quietly.
