I had used Virtual Assistants services in the past as an Office and Operations Manager, but had been frustrated by not receiving a personal service or even a service that appeared seamless to the outside world, so when I faced redundancy I thought long and hard and came up with this business! Well - first of all, we get to know our Clients, get to understand them and their world so we can transition into it and provide them with the support that they need. Using timesheet software, the moment we start your task, we start the timer and this is paused when we take a break, and stopped at the end of it. Not billed by the hour - but by the minute.
