Robyn Saffer Counselling and Psychotherapy for Young People and Adults I am an experienced therapist, qualified and accredited to work with adolescents, adults and parents. Sessions available in person and via video call.

I aim to have a unique relationship with each client, where we can think about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour so you can make positive and lasting changes. People attend therapy for many reasons. I have worked with clients of all ages, with a range of issues including: depression, anxiety, bereavement, miscarriage, parenting struggles, lack of confidence/self esteem, cultural identity and relationship problems. It is really important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose. I offer an initial 20 minute chat so that you and I can decide if we want to work together.
