🌍 Last week, the Goldman Sachs EMEA Women’s Leadership Group hosted an inspiring event that brought together exceptional women leaders from across the region. It was a space for bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and meaningful conversations - and we were proud to be part of it.

📖 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝗞 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 | 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻

Last week, we had the privilege of hosting over 100 guests from across sectors to celebrate the UK launch of Coaching Power - written by our founder Thomas Preston and the head of TPA USA Luciana Nunez.

It was an evening of genuine connection, fresh insights, and thought-provoking dialogue around what coaching can truly deliver - not just for individuals, but for teams and entire organisations.

We were joined by an incredible panel:

● Thomas Preston, TPA Founder and Co-Author
● Bryony Wright and Sue Middleton MBE, Executive Coaches at TPA
● Temi Ofong, Head of Strategic Revenue Development at HSBC

Together, they explored key ideas from the book - including how coaching can drive real performance outcomes, help leaders build trust and accountability, and support long-term behavioural change in organisations.
