Amazon India introduces Mobile , air-conditioned rest units for delivery associates stationed at high-footfall areas across Delhi NCR. Amazon to set up 50 new Ashray centers by end of May, with plans to scale the network.

Amazon has rolled out the innovative mobile Ashray vans—air-conditioned vans stationed at high footfall areas across - —so delivery associates can access and hydrate without needing to travel to a fixed location. The mobile units offer amenities such as: airconditioned seating, clean drinkingwater, electrolytes, WiFi, and mobilecharging points. Hundreds of delivery associates have already used these vans within days of the initiative going live.

What makes Project Ashray distinctive is that the facilities are freeofcost and open to all delivery associates, regardless of which company they work for. Amazon launched 100 Ashray centres in 2025, recording over one million visits from delivery associates across the industry.

Strengthening UK–India Infrastructure Collaboration 🇬🇧🇮🇳

We are pleased to share that the Indo British Business Forum (IBBF) and the Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in New Delhi to advance in the infrastructure and construction sectors.

The MoU was formally signed by Kavita Sharma , CEO & President, IBBF London, and Praveen Tiwari , [Designation], CIDC, marking an important step toward fostering institutional collaboration between our organisations.

This partnership aims to promote , business , , and project development opportunities between UK and Indian companies — particularly in the context of the proposed Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
