The ⁠ Britannic Explorer is a luxury rail hospitality project where service happens in motion and space is measured in millimetres. ⁠
⁠
The brief was exciting and story‑led: create pieces that feel alive with narrative while performing flawlessly on a moving train. Built around controlled weight, secure handling and nestable stacks, the range of tableware developed and designed for The Britannic Explorer was required to keep dishes steady from prep, to pass, to table. ⁠

With Chef ⁠ curating the onboard menu, and years of working together, we knew from the start it would be something special.⁠

In the same week gaining yet another star under the watch of ✊🏻

What an incredible brand you have all built, it's testament to as person and an amazing chef to attract so many tatpeople who are passionate about being part of this remarkable journey!

The group now hold more Michelin stars than any other restaurant group in Britain. A true example of how hard work, dedication and commitment pays off.

We at Kinn Collective have supported and the his teams around the globe over the years and it has been an absolute privilege to have played a small part in this remarkable story and journey!

The love we have for all involved in this legacy is beyond words!
