Now it’s basic of basics to respect people but I’m highlighting it today as a result from current experience in consulting & training various managers in the past few months in various industries; there is a fundamental lack of respect in relation to how people treat their fellow employees, their clients and their suppliers.
Respect should be given to all people not to certain levels of hierarchy in an organisation, or who you are connected to.
An example of lack of respect in the workplace is not acknowledging emails, not responding to emails effectively, and not having a consistent communication strategy.
It’s simple acts like these that can make or break a relationship; when people are ignored, the respect goes out the door and the trust goes out the window.🪟

Disrespect should not be tolerated,
it creates a very toxic culture which leads to & exacerbates anxiety & stress, which leads to absenteeism & people leaving your business.
Significant and radical changes individual and teams conduct have reversed toxic culture thanks to my interventions & solutions increasing morale, productivity and engagement of staff, suppliers and customers.
