A tomato takeover 🍅

Our U.S. Brand Experience team 🇺🇸 turned the heart of Williamsburg into a tomato haven, sourcing 1,000s of tomatoes from local farms to celebrate MALIN+GOETZ’s new Tomato Collection and launch their limited-edition Tomato Supercandle.

It kicked off with a VIP cocktail party hosted by our U.S. Comms & PR team, where editors and influencers immersed themselves in the world of MALIN+GOETZ. Guests escaped the New York summer heat with tomato-inspired bites - including the infamous Carbone pasta sauce we all know and love - and drinks courtesy of our friends at Bar Rêve.🍸

The next day, the takeover rolled on with a fresh-picked farmstand, photo-ready moments, sweet treats and take-home surprises - welcoming 500+ visitors and handing out 10,000 tomatoes along the way.

Nothing to see here. 👀🤍

Our US Brand Experience team 🇺🇸 partnered with Living Proof to launch Perfect Hair Day Sheer Clean Dry Shampoo Mist at OASES, with one challenge: how do you make a 100% invisible finish something people can see, feel and believe?

Built around the idea Nothing to See Here, the team developed an experience designed to make guests stop, look twice and become part of the story. Rather than traditional product displays, the activation leaned into surprise, intrigue and visual contrast to spark conversation and content.

From products appearing to float using magnetic technology to Suspended Service, where guests misted an “invisible” flavor into their sparkling water, every touchpoint brought the concept to life while creating natural moments for discovery and shareable content.

The experience was tailored across two audiences, with our US PR & Comms team supporting the guest list for 24 editors from top press outlets in the morning, followed by an evening experience welcoming 100+ creators.

Sleep science meets beauty innovation. ✨

In a recent interview with HTSI, This Works’ CEO Dr Anna Persaud shares her approach to better sleep, drawing on her lived experiences, the growing awareness around nervous system care and how good sleep is shaped by what you do throughout the day.

As part of HTSI’s The Brains of Wellbeing and Beauty series, brought to life with partners CLINUVEL, our PR & Comms team supported the guest list, bringing together 50 guests to explore the significance of good sleep hygiene.

Thank you Financial Times and Rosanna for the opportunity.

As part of the e.l.f. Cosmetics UK Grip Set Go campaign, our UK Influencer Marketing team designed a strategy with two clear ambitions: positioning Power Grip as a genuine beauty hero, while bringing e.l.f. into the cultural conversation around learning to drive- an unexpected space for a beauty brand. 🛞

We developed a three-tier creator approach spanning beauty, learner drivers and driving-native communities, with each tier playing a distinct role.

From ID Glam, tapping into the licence photo trend identified by our team to drive product awareness and conversion, to RED Learner Driver Lessons , bringing real creators into the driving journey, and Auto Influencers, connecting with F1 and automotive communities to reach new, beauty-adjacent audiences - each tier brought a different perspective, taking Power Grip beyond beauty content and into a wider conversation around confidence, self-expression and getting behind the wheel.

The result? 💫 22 creators, 18M impressions, 11M reach, 97K engagements and £1.1M EMV.

What happens when a real problem meets an idea built to make a difference? 🚗🩵

Our UK PR & Comms team led e.l.f. Cosmetics UK’s Grip, Set, Go campaign storytelling, turning a real insight into action around the rising cost of learning to drive for young people across the UK. 🇬🇧

When we uncovered that 1 in 3 women have missed out on a job opportunity because they couldn’t drive, while 1 in 4 Brits say they can’t afford to learn due to the rising cost of lessons, we knew there was a bigger story to tell.

Together with Learn to Drive with RED, we gave away thousands of e.l.f.-funded driving lessons, reframing learning to drive as a route to greater confidence, independence and opportunity.

With a summer dominated by football, cutting through the noise was no small challenge. The campaign needed more than a strong statistic - it needed a culturally relevant insight, the right partnership and a genuine news hook.

That approach brough-to-life the Grip, Set, Go story across national media and broadcast, including a BBC Radio 2 interview with brand and campaign supporter Katherine Legge, and editorial stories with the Metro, BuzzFeed and exploring the wider conversation around access to learning to drive.

The results? 564 pieces of online coverage, 121 pieces of radio broadcast coverage, 700+ organic social mentions and 205.8M total reach. ✨

In July, we launched Grip Set Go with e.l.f. Cosmetics UK as part of an agency-wide collaborative brief. e.l.f. has always believed in access - to beauty, to confidence, and now, to the driving seat, one of the hardest rites of passage for young learner drivers in the UK. The Grip Set Go Garage brought that to life: a live, multi-day experience designed for content creation, campaign participation and product discovery. 🛞

The Garage concept was developed by our Strategy team and brought to life by our Brand Experience team, who shaped the guest journey from 3D design through to the final build.

The team transformed the venue into an e.l.f.ing fun, expressive Power Grip world, bringing beauty and unexpected garage-inspired details together through tyres, a convex mirror moment, mechanic boxes and workshop cues, while keeping every detail unmistakably e.l.f.

Guests checked in with the e.l.f.-chanics before moving through a series of interactive moments, from a Grip 3 Min Glam and custom Power Grip-inspired number plate keyring to the Power Grip car, transformed into a Passenger Princess content studio. The journey continued with an e.l.f.ing Licence photo, merch store and a stop at the Power Grip Refuel Station for coffee and doughnuts.

Across the two-day launch, we welcomed 250 creators and 485 consumers, with guest lists driven by our PR and Influencer Marketing teams.✨

We’re proud to support BritishBeautyCouncil as they continue to advocate for the growth and recognition of the UK beauty industry.

Featured in Daily Mail UK, British Beauty Council CEO Millie Kendall sets out why the high street’s personal care ecosystem, comprising over 196,000 businesses across the UK, must not be excluded from vital business rates relief.

With the hair and beauty industry contributing £28.3 billion to Britain’s GDP and supporting around 600,000 jobs, these businesses play a vital role in local communities and the wider UK economy. The op-ed calls on the Government to recognise the personal care sector as an essential part of high street recovery.

Thank you to Emily Hawkins and Daily Mail UK for the feature. ✨

As part of the Summer Silk Skin campaign partnership, our Creative & Strategy team wrote and created story driven content with Silk Skin at the centre of the narrative.

Pre-holiday has become a social moment in itself, so we wanted to play on the existing social conversation around airport personality types. And who better than and to bring these to life?

The content was designed to impact key product benefits, and dial up the science and ingredients, positioning Vaseline Gluta-Hya Smoothing Perfector Serum Burst Lotion as an essential for summer travel.
