Customer had a leak underneath their sink which they never knew about. And started noticing flies and didn't know where they were coming from. l did a investigation look at the flies and noticed that they were drain flies #❤

A Customer in hayes was hearing noises in their kitchen ceiling. Above the kitchen is their bathroom I decided to take off the bath panels and have a look to see what i could find. (Clearly In the picture you can see rat droppings underneath the bath tub). Rat urine and there droppings can be very harmful to humans a professional rodent clean was needed and a standard treatment👀. For any pest control issues email.

You don't want the German Cockroaches in your house or business. A female Cockroach can hold around 40 to 50 babies in her egg sack.

She can have 4 to 6 egg sacks in a year, that is only one female cockroach, that's is a lot off babies.

Imagine having a few more females running around your kitchen area😱.

These are bedbugs eggs, they are white and transparent to look at.
They can be easily missed by the naked eye and often cannot be spotted, as the are a size of a pin head.

Bed bugs can hide anywhere they were found in the gaps of the wallpaper on inspection look closely at the video.

Customer was hearing scratching noises in their loft. On inspection Rodent activity was found, We proofed the whole loft area customer is happy we are satisfied that they will have no rodent activity again. 🇬🇧

We are in wasp season

I had a call from a customer yesterday saying that they believe they have a wasp nest outside their property.

On inspection I identified that the insects they were seeing are on fact protected.

Do you know the difference between these two insects in the picture?
Which one is protected, the yellow one or the Orange one ?

A client called after seeing something underneath their stairs in a cupboard.

On arrival we have cleaned out the cupboard and noticed that rats had chewed through some plaster board and made the way inside the property.

We have solved the problem by proofing the hole that they were coming through with the right materials. The client now is very happy and feels safe and secured in their home. 🇬🇧

Wasps Season

Are you hearing that buzzing sound, does it make you jump when you see them yellow jacket wasps! Possible wasp nest nearby.

You could roughly get between 1,000 and 3,000 wasps in a nest scary. IR can get rid of them in one visit problem solved.
