Hello Family,

Two things I know for certain is that I can’t be happy and sad at the same time and that love and happiness is the remedy for all the madness we are experiencing right now.

We don’t seem able to influence our world leaders - So I’m sharing a tune that was written for this very purpose. It makes me feel happy and hopeful and I encourage you to post as many of your ‘happy focussed’ sing-a-long tunes over the weeks to come to help lift humanity into a higher more loving place than it is spiralling into now.

With you all in different time zones we can keep this going 24/7. 😁 . It’s Pass TheAux by the people.

At best it will make a difference and at worst you can be sure you had a good time with good heart centred people all over the planet - all the way til the end 💃🏽💃🏽

Your heart holds the key to health and happiness. When you engage your heart it can help the whole body to heal and help situations and people around you too.

Try this simple breathing exercise for the next 7 days and see the shift in yourself and others.

For 6 minutes morning and night -

1. Touch the place on your body where heart is located
2. Gently breathe into that place to a count that is comfortable (6 or 7 typically)
3. Hold for the same count
4. Breathe out for the same count
5. Focus your mind on people/things/experiences you are grateful for, or care for, or feel compassion for.
6. Repeat these breathing pattern for 6 minutes

This exercise keeps your body in a strong state for half a day so that it can repel stress and allow healing.

Enjoy and share your experience. 14 days is short time, aim to do it for as long as you can and if you fall off - get back on the next day/week/month or year. It’s never too late.

To become the president of the United States of America takes hard work, commitment and focus, but most of all it takes vision and belief that it is possible.

What is your vision for your life? Do you have one? If you do, how clear is it and do you really believe that you can accomplish it?

You may not have any desire to become a world leader, you may just want to be healthy and happy, but if you don't have a clear vision of what it looks like and what it means to you, how can you get there?

You are more likely to reach your destination if you decide where you are going. Stop going around in circles, join me on Wednesday 14 November and take a firm step in the direction of your dreams.

The Bella Rareworld event last night had such a lovely energy. The visitors to the Life Soulutions stand were very inspirational people with some interesting businesses. The Executive Soulutions Programme was well received and i am looking forward to taking it even further afield in the months to come.

Who do you love unconditionally? When you consider that the ultimate goal is to love all others as you love yourself, you realise that its time to get busy, there's lots of work to be done! LOL!

The best place to start is with yourself - there are so many who do not love themselves, let alone unconditionally. But it is possible no matter who you are or where you are in your life because love is what you are.

When you choose love, opportunities to experience it become available and all you have to do is to keep choosing love.

So what would love do now?
