Vintage Fashion, Antique Costume & Textiles | London | October 13th-14th

We are pleased to announce the inclusion of 22 lots from the wardrobe of soprano Dame Felicity Lott in our upcoming auction.

Earlier this spring, Kerry Taylor met with Dame Felicity to look through a selection of her favourite stage-worn gowns. The collection is being offered to raise funds for Sussex Hospices, of which Dame Felicity had been a patron for more than 20 years.

As Felicity joked, buying her gowns outright in Paris had left her with “a fantastic collection”. Kerry recalls her hope that these clothes “would no longer languish in a wardrobe but would be seen again and bring joy to new owners”, while supporting a cause close to her heart.
