Off the back of exciting customer success and continued growth in the automotive sector, we’re expanding our brilliant team at ELLA. We’re on a mission to redefine automotive through AI, and we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help us scale.
We’re thrilled to announce three new roles as part of our next phase:
🔹 Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Are you a natural hustler with a love for tech and making connections? You’ll be the first voice of ELLA to our future clients - sparking conversations, booking meetings, and bringing our AI-powered vision to life. Think fast-moving, high-energy, phone calls over endless emails.
🔹 Onboarding Specialist
Do you love supporting people and setting them up for success? Join our Customer Success team and guide new clients through their onboarding journey, making sure every dealership we work with feels confident, empowered, and ready to thrive with our optimAIze AI suite.
🔹 Account Director
This one’s for the commercially-minded relationship builder. You’ll own and grow a portfolio of OEM and dealer group clients - shaping strategy, driving AI adoption, and leading conversations at the highest levels in the industry.
Each role is hybrid and based near our Tunbridge Wells HQ. You’ll join a forward-thinking, people-first culture where AI meets automotive passion - and where growth and innovation go hand in hand.
