The Entertainment Agents' Association Ltd A trade association for Great Britain's leading professional entertainment agents. We stage events where members and guests can network and share best practice.

One of the longest established trade associations, founded in 1927 with over 250 members. We promote best practice in the entertainment industry and ensure our members abide by a strict Code of Conduct. This in turn, helps to protect their represented artists by providing information on all current legal requirements. We lobby Government on issues that affect our industry and our members' represented performers and we keep our membership up to date on changes to legislation, taxation, agents responsibilities, copyright issues for performers and any other entertainment regulations and recommendations. Included in the annual fee, members also get access to limited legal advice on specific issues they may encounter and our Council Members are available to offer specific advice in various areas of the entertainment industry. Entertainment agents wishing to apply are vetted by our Council Members prior to acceptance. Interested in joining? Please visit www.teaa.uk

Important insights for the live entertainment and touring sector 🎭🎶

TEAA members are encouraged to read the recently published DCMS report, The Economic Benefits of Touring and the Impact of EU Exit, which highlights the ongoing challenges facing artists, productions and businesses touring in the EU.

The report estimates that between 2022 and 2024, the UK lost £208 million in economic value and 2,490 jobs as a result of reduced EU touring activity, with small and mid-scale touring operations among those hardest hit.

It also explores the wider impact on cultural exchange, workforce sustainability and the future growth of UK entertainment exports.

For anyone working in live entertainment, touring productions or artist mobility, this is important reading. Understanding the evidence behind these challenges can help our industry continue making a stronger case for practical solutions that support international touring.

👉 TEAA members, we encourage you to take the time to read the full report and consider what these findings mean for our industry.
