We promote best practice in the entertainment industry and ensure our members abide by a strict Code of Conduct. This in turn, helps to protect their represented artists by providing information on all current legal requirements. We lobby Government on issues that affect our industry and our members' represen

ted performers and we keep our membership up to date on changes to legislation, taxation, agents responsibilities, copyright issues for performers and any other entertainment regulations and recommendations. We stage events where members and guests can network and share best practice. Included in the annual fee, members also get access to limited legal advice on specific issues they may encounter and our Council Members are available to offer specific advice in various areas of the entertainment industry. Entertainment agents wishing to apply are vetted by our Council Members prior to acceptance.
