Working in Shoreditch means our inbox is rarely predictable.

In the space of a week, we might be cutting parts for an architectural model, helping an artist test a new idea, producing pieces for a fashion project and making prototypes for a product that only existed as a sketch a few days earlier.

That’s one of the things we love about what we do. The laser might be the same, but the ideas that arrive in front of it never are.

We absolutely love this reinterpretation of pop culture’s most beloved icon Snoopy by Otto Schade

Otto’s signature ribbons are 3D printed in resin, hand assembled, and mounted on a painted wooden base, resulting in ‘Snoopy on the Roof’ a collectible limited edition artwork framed to perfection.

For the backboard and roof, we supplied laser birch ply, cut to the Client’s artwork. We masked the ply on both sides, constantly checking cutting settings, as it can burn through the tabs or narrow points.

It’s amazing to see the artwork that Otto creates from these pieces!

We love these balcony storage/planter boxes and shelves designed by

They are made from shuttering ply which is bonded with exterior-grade resin making it moisture and water resistant, preventing the plywood from swelling or rotting when exposed to harsh weather.

Unlike standard timber, it retains its shape and resists bowing or cracking under constant environmental changes.

The pieces were CNC cut to avoid material defects and highlight the natural wood grain.

Not only are they practical but they look great too!

at the workshop...

CNC cutting curved sections for a very large circular frame that's 1.6m in diameter. We're using a spindle sander to sand both the inside and outside of the ring... a long process but the results are super smooth!
