After a three year interlude (covid 😬) we made it back to Ibiza!

We are proud of all members of the TCG team, everyone works really hard. Our Ibiza trip is an incentive, you need to earn the right to go.

Here ⬆️ are our ‘Top Performers’ who have all smashed it this year and deservedly earnt their place on the trip.

It was great to be back on the island. We had an amazing four days with glorious weather, great food, a brilliant boat trip and just enjoying each others company and all the Ibiza vibes 😎

but, this afternoon team TCG enjoyed the annual ‘Hallowcheese’ 🧀🍷

A little overdue, but another office move may have just gotten in the way!! more on that to come 😉

Meanwhile we’re chomping all the cheese and quaffing all the wine. Cheers! 😃

CHEERS TO TEAM TCG 🥂

On Friday morning we presented our new Core Values back to the team and outlined our Growth Strategy for 2021/22.

To say we’re proud of what the team has achieved during this challenging year, would be an under statement 👍🏻🙏

We then teed up for a few rounds of golf and drinks before heading to for lunch. Private room, Pornstar martinis 🍸 and food were to die for. Thanks for organising and for all the thoughtful personal touches.

A great day was had toasting our successes, welcoming our new starters, and getting excited about our plans for future growth.

We are so lucky to have such a great team 😃

FRIDAY HIGH 🙌

Despite the ongoing economic challenges due to Covid and re-adjusting to working back in London, these guys have well and truly smashed the last quarter💥

Fantastic performance, commitment, hard work and tenacity all round. Well done and thank you Nick, Dan, Max and Charlie 🙏

Now for a little celebratory luncheon on the terrace to reward our high performers 🥂

Happy Hump Day! toughest day of the week apparently. So what better time to celebrate some TCG team good news.

Nick our Director of Change has recently become a Dad for the second time. Little Hugo 👶 arrived safely into the world last week. Congratulations to Nick, his wife Laura and daughter Savannah. Enjoy this special family time together 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Charlie our Manager of Finance & Accounting has just tied the knot! 💒 After a year of angst, re-scheduling and wondering if it would ever happen, Charlie and Robyn finally got their dream wedding in beautiful Cyprus. Congratulations to you both 🎉

We’ve recently had the privilege of working with Kate Topping an external Marketing & Communications Consultant.

Kate started her career in the corporate sector, working in senior sales, marketing and project management roles at Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Mobile. For the last 10 years Kate has been helping charities to develop their marketing, communications, training, conferences and events. Most recently, for the last 4 years Kate has been working at an international education charity, helping to support young entrepreneurs to build and grow their startups and gain investment.

Kate developed a bespoke brand values workshop specifically for

Through team and client surveys and interlinking workshop sessions, Kate helped the TCG team to discover their core brand values, collaboratively define their point of uniqueness and identify how to best keep their values alive.

Kate’s engaging delivery style and energy has made such a positive impact and we’re looking forward to her returning this week to facilitate the final workshop session.

We love that encourage people to bring their dogs to work. A nice little perk of the job if you have a four legged friend 🐶

Dogs can be great for triggering conversations and interaction in the workplace.

Meet ‘Ziutek’ who has definitely created a lot of chat today. This gorgeous boy is owned by Gabriela one of our new Consultant’s.

We think he’ll easily win over clients with his cuteness, but can he do the coffee run? 🤣
