York Capital relocation, design & fit-out in Savile Row, London

The brief for York Capital's new London office was to create a warm and inspiring environment, expressing the character of a successful financial institution. We used a variety of finishes and textures to create a clean and elegant space, a calming environment. Somewhere for employees to focus and centre. A vast, graceful reception area was created with a combination of hard stone features and soft furnishing. Stylish and refined. Pale timber flooring and carpeting was used throughout, with transparent partitions, dark timber panels and screens to create simple and classic meeting rooms.

Instinctif Partners relocation, design & fit-out project (London)

The relocation for Instinctif Partners coincided with their change in name. It was vital that their new environment reflected the essence of their new brand and the diversity of the business. Corporate yet creative. The space features a host of specific joinery pieces and bespoke feature walls. A backlit reception desk shows their twelve corporate colours on rotation, illuminating the company name. The circular newsroom layout of the open plan office space creates a nucleus of activity.

Getty Images offices refurbishment, design & fit-out project in London

A converted piano factory - the perfect quirky new home for the world's leading Image Company. A fantastic project for TIG. The challenge? Doing it whilst Getty were in the space! Working in occupied buildings is always a challenge, but with some careful phasing over 8 months we were able to create a stylish yet practical new space without disruption. Central to the design was an impressive 16 metre lightbox running through the stairwell showcasing over 3,500 images from their collection

Airbus offices relocation, design & fit-out project in London

Collaborating with Cushman & Wakefield, TIG were appointed to work with the prestigious aviation company Airbus to design and build their new 6,000 sq ft home in the heart of London. Over a challenging six week timeframe we produced a smart, classic office space. The reception space boasts impressive bespoke joinery components creating a timeless, welcoming area for clients.
