A Government Portal for Leaseholders has now 'gone live'.

The Portal is designed to enable Leaseholders to track the progress of their application(s) though the Building Safety Fund. The Government has undertaken to update the information for each building on the 3rd week of every month; with the next round of updates due on 17th February 2022.

Leaseholders in affected buildings should be getting log in details from their Managing Agent, Landlord or other party processing their BFS Application, however, if this is not forthcoming Leaseholders should request the Building Reference Number and use the following link to log in: https://www.building-safety-fund-status.communities.gov.uk/

The Page also has links to other useful information for Leaseholders and Residents.

The BSF Leaseholder and Resident Service has been created to provide residents with access to information regarding their building's status in the BSF process.

We have written an article on Michael Gove's recent letter to Property Developers and the support to be made available to Leaseholders affected by dangerous cladding in buildings between 11 & 18m.

Read it here: https://www.claddingconsulting.co.uk/gove-to-announce-mid-rise-building-funding/

We will be following this closely and are well placed to progress applications when the details are announced.

We covered this at the time here Over the weekend this has moved from rumours to certainty, with Mr Gove setting out plans t...

GOVERNMENT TO OPEN REGISTRATIONS AGAIN IN AUTUMN FOR BUILDINGS OVER 18m

There are hundreds of buildings who have not yet registered for the cladding remediation grant and so the Government have announced that they are opening up registrations again at some point this Autumn.

This is perhaps the last opportunity for buildings over 18m with combustible cladding to access funds to remove the dangerous cladding.

If you are unsure what to do or how to take this further the please call or register with us now.

We will take you through the whole process from beginning to end as we have done with numerous clients already.

Our track record speaks for itself and our clients individually have saved between £30,000 and £200,000.

There are numerous things to be done before registration so don't wait and be last in the queue.

Call us now and let us help you get the funds that you require to remove dangerous cladding on your building.

We are proud to announce that we have now secured over £10m of Grant Funding for our Clients.

This represents savings of between £7,000 and a staggering £150,000 for Leaseholders we have been working with.

We have further projects awaiting a final decision from The Government; however we expect to secure full funding on these projects, in excess of £9m in the coming months.

We will continue to do all we can to secure funding for Leaseholders.
