As we all know the price of life is HARD right now, and I’m more than aware that flowers are not a necessity or a luxury people might be able to afford- so to make things a bit more cheery we’ve created some super cute little take-away bunches for £15 as well as our usual bunches. Happy Thursday 💐

Happy anniversary to this gorgeous pair, Charlotte & Toni, married one year ago at the very start of lockdown. They still managed to get their marriage ceremony but I can’t wait to flower their proper wedding at the end of the year. So excited to be starting to replan so many postponed weddings and some lovely new ones too- I’m working on lots of proposals so please be patient if you’ve contacted me, I shall get back to your enquiries soon!

Nervous excitement at the thought of the shop reopening in just three weeks, planning and prepping for new things to come and being back in our beautiful green haven. Hope you’ll come and see us when we reopen.
We’ve also got some floral treats coming in for Easter weekend, lots of spring bulbs, fresh little posies and extra special spring bouquets, watch this space.

Happy spring equinox. I can feel the change in seasons coming and hopefully more positive change on the horizon. This image was from this time last year, when we had no idea the year that was to come and we were just starting the first lockdown. All was garden foraged in the absence of flowers.

I’m not gonna lie, when I love a colour palette I just want to use it over and over again for weeks. And so today’s very special bespoke order here is in similar tones and blooms to all last weekends MD bunches- I just can’t help it!! But it also means that all my lovely subscriptions for this week get to enjoy it too if you misses it last week- (hope you love it as much as I do). Well that’s a wrap folks- Mother’s Day delivered!
I am more than aware that flowers are a luxury that not everyone can afford, especially right now. But I’ve also seen how important it has been for you guys to gift flowers to your loved ones that you’re missing, and I thank you for each and every purchase. After this crazy busy weekend I’m going to make another donation to our local food bank from the sales, and then put these tired feet up.
I didn’t get any decent pics in the mad rush but here was one bunch I chucked in a vase before wrapping. (It’s stressing me out that there’s a bloom missing from that spot bottom left of pic, need to add one in!)
