When I first met James he was a PT with a big dream but not much else to build it on

👉He had built up a client base

👉Tried other ventures

👉 Even trained others to become PTs

How much you spend to start your boutique fitness studio matters⚠️

Don't be fooled by high quality sexy looking studios on socials.

They look good on the outside but their cash position is dammmmmmm ugly. 😖

I could almost bet that no one has seen and analysed more profit and loss sheets than us when it comes to independent personal training studios. 📈

This can lead to a lot of stress for the owner

Unfortunately we see this time and time again.

For best practice on setting up your studio follow these 3 steps

1️⃣Minimize your set up costs, this does not mean don't spend it just means don't be flash. If you have to start with a kettlebell in a field then that's where you start.

2️⃣Ensure you have gone though your business model and financial modelling with a business coach. The cost of this will massively outweigh having to close your business due to lack of cash.

3️⃣Start small then build as your profits can fund growth at the right speed. Amazon did not start as a global company. It started in the owners garage. Jeff B drove a normal car even when the company was worth billions on paper. This is the smart way to grow a business. Model this not what you see on Instagram.
