Shoot The Company Founded in 2006, Shoot the Company produces wonderful video content for brands, companies and charities worldwide. We film using the latest techniques.

At Shoot the Company we want our clients to be noticed. So we make wonderful video content that gets talked about. We know that strong story telling keeps people watching and it is this passion for engaging, narrative led video content that sets us apart from our competitors. Shoot the Company was set up in 2006 by ex-television producers and directors. We made prime-time programming for the BBC,

ITV, Channel 4, Sky and broadcasters across the globe. Now we bring our story telling skills to the world of business and brands. Our clients use video to raise brand awareness, engage with their customers via social networks, boost sales figures, launch events and communicate with their employees, customers and stake-holders. Creating good video content is exciting, we want you to be part of that. We work to make the whole process as efficient and straightforward as possible, so you can get on with enjoying it. We help you identify your key messages and then work to create a compelling story. We use the best directors, cameramen and editors from our broadcast network. In short, we film, edit and deliver the content you want, on time and in budget. Our current client list includes: Barclays, McDonald's, Skanska, Asda, Transport for London, G4S, Business in the Community, SAB Miller, Serco, P&G, Pet Plan, Audley Travel, Yorkshire Tea, Unilever.

This year Shoot the Company will turn 15. To celebrate the occasion, we are running a competition where we are awarding a budget of £15,000 to a young content creator to make a piece of content on a subject of their choice. There are no restrictions on duration, formats, or ideas.

The ideas from all submissions will be presented to our panel in a pitching session, either virtually or face to face. The person with the winning concept will then work with Shoot the Company to develop, plan, shoot, and edit the final film.

We believe that people are behind the success of Shoot the Company and have made us grow over the years. So to help new talent we will work with our competition winner to offer on-the-job training to assist a young content maker take their first industry steps.

The winner will be announced on 1st September 2021 and the film will be released on November 1st, 2021 to coincide with Shoot the Company’s 15th Birthday.

We will be considering applicants between the ages of 18-25 from the United Kingdom and Ireland. The application deadline will be Friday, 13th August, 2021. For more information please visit: https://lnkd.in/dwaYn_4

Now we all like to travel at Shoot the Company as much as the next person but things have been getting a little out of hand recently as we circumnavigate the globe telling our clients’ stories. April has been a record breaking month in terms of passport stamps with shoots in Hong Kong, Kenya, India, Chile, New York, Panama, Ghana, Mongolia, New Caledonia, Azerbaijan, Northern Ireland and Scotland all in the last four weeks! Post production are now very excited about getting to grips with some beautiful images. It almost makes them feel as if they were there rather than stuck in a basement in EC2A!

Happy International Women’s Day everyone! To help Barclays celebrate and promote IWD, Shoot the Company have been producing a series of content to showcase their commitment to the HeForShe Campaign. Initiated by the UN, HeForShe is a global solidarity movement for people of all genders to promote a gender equal world. Now celebrating five years of involvement, Barclays are encouraging male colleagues to stand shoulder to shoulder with their female counterparts to promote equality. We couldn’t agree more!

What happens when you take the King of the Jungle, his long-suffering son, a Big Mac and two slices of bacon? Mayhem and disagreement to be perfectly frank. We have had a riot in the last few weeks helping the nation decide whether the new Big Mac Bacon is a violation or a victory. We’ve been shooting with celebrities and influencers across the UK and it seems that, if you hadn’t already noticed, the nation is divided! To B(acon), or not to B(acon), that is the question.
