We've just completed another successful project, this time with Agilio Software – the UK's leading healthcare operations software company!

To aid personalisation and a flexible approach to code-based solutions for easy management by end users, Cloud Orca implemented an Experience Cloud site, streamlined process flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom metadata and customised standard Salesforce features including suggested articles, data categories and topics assignment!

The implementation reduces manual workloads and allows the Agilio Software team to assist customers on a single, unified platform.

💡 By integrating CreditSafe and DocuSign, configuring approval processes and enhancing opportunity record type capabilities, this project aimed to optimise the supplier onboarding management process and build a multi-layer client sales process.

Always hard at work behind the scenes, Tom is key to Cloud Orca's sales efforts. He creates bespoke Salesforce demos, showing how potential customers can benefit from implementing Salesforce.

Tom was instrumental in the recent acquisition of Cloud Orca by Cooper Parry, working closely with sales staff to create the pitch that so impressed the Cooper Parry team.

In his free time, Tom builds and rides bicycles. A fun fact about Tom is that, as a leap-year baby, he's only six years old and Cloud Orca's youngest employee.
