what a crowd, what a night. such a fun, warm bunch of people who came in as strangers and left like they’d known each other for years. sharing a few snippets of the dishes we served — familiar indian flavours, reimagined in a way that felt playful, comforting and a little unexpected.

the summery passion… our take on aamras puri 🥭✨

this one was SO fun to plate. crispy baked kataifi, silky passion fruit mousse, lots of fresh mango, a scoop of house-made mango caramel ice cream, and that final drizzle of fresh passion fruit syrup with pistachio on top… every bite just worked.

one of my favourite desserts i’ve made, and everyone absolutely loved it 🥹 serving this again tomorrow.
