We chose Cubao typeface for our take on a new logo for Strut Safe. Why? It has a gender-neutral inclusive feel and it’s easy to read at all sizes.

When we wrote this article way back in 2019, we were slightly more pessimistic about the future of micro-mobility, but many of the problems (and promises) of the burgeoning industry that we identified at the time still ring true.

With e-scooters popping up on the corners of every major city and their mass adoption seemingly well underway, it looks as if they're here to stay (for now at least) - what's next for the industry and how long can it last in its current form? Let us know what you think in the comments...

Micromobility has the potential to solve some of the most pressing issues of our time, whilst also enabling new and improved ways of living.

The first section of focuses on the changing face of culture. The meaning and importance of team culture has changed rapidly in the past year or so. What counted as culture in 2019 (in-office gym, ping pong table, values on walls etc.) is no longer as relevant. With remote and hybrid working here to stay, companies can no longer rely on their office space to create a culture.

To attract and retain the best talent, culture must be more than skin deep. Brands need to create long term culture strategies for remote or hybrid working.

It may not be coming home quite yet, but there's still a lot that brands can learn from England's head honcho, Gareth Southgate.

The team we saw at Euros 2020 was a team the whole nation could truly get behind, and Southgate - alongside his players - was pivotal in creating an environment and system that enabled that to happen - the good news is, you can bring that same magic to your own organisation.

Have a read below, as you eagerly await World Cup 2022...

England FC has risen from the ashes, uniting a post-Brexit Britain that has for years felt divided and tense. Whether you love football or hate it, there is plenty that brands can learn from Gareth Southgate, his leadership, tactics and his general approach to his team.

Nalla’s own football fanatic, Design Director Jonny Davidson, explains below how brands can harness the Gareth Southgate energy and turn it into real-world action within their organisations.

"As long as Amazon’s business model relies on this kind of disposal culture, things are only going to get worse.”

When your business model relies on destroying and disposing of perfectly usable products, it's time to change your business model.

Amazon claims they never send products to landfills - but this investigation shows how one of the worlds largest companies, owned by the wealthiest person on the planet, are not following through with their promises to eradicate waste and assume their critical role of setting an example for others to follow.

Do better, Amazon.

An ITV News investigation has uncovered the sheer scale of waste at one of Amazon's UK warehouses, with TVs and laptops among the items being thrown away. | ITV National News
