Oreade is now open and ready to reach new gastronomy heights with its seasonally driven tasting menus, by talented Chef Riccardo Bacciottini.
❣️Unique design and intimate setting by renowned architectural practice, Foster + Partners
❣️Inspired by Chef Riccardo’s unique approach and the Tuscan countryside, while nodding to the Italian Arte Povera movement of the 1960s and 70s, which explored the use of ready-found objects
❣️Menus feature wild herbs, foraged mushrooms, edible flowers, locally sourced meat, heirloom grains, and more, to create dishes that are both inventive and deeply rooted in tradition
❣️Menus explore the richness of Tuscany– from the countryside, to the mountains, and to the sea in the distance– celebrating the vast raw materials from the territory reborn in a contemporary guise
