The Yang Fire Monkey month goes from the 8th of August to the 5th of September included in the solar calendar.
Here is an analysis of the Chi of this month and my practical advices.

If you are not familiar with the Flying Stars of other names used, please refer to the guide below the monthly article.

Astrological season: We are now in the first month of the astrological autumn season. This season is made of the Monkey, Rooster and Dog signs. The Monkey is an Metal sign and also the beginning of Water in the cycle of Elements.

The Stem this month is Bing or Yang Fire. It is the fire of the Sun, live giving, bold, bright and warm. It is the most illuminating of all Stems.

The combination of both see the Metal reflecing and being polished by the heat and Water reflecting it. It is a month where the Yang Chi is active and tumultous and the heat lingers, powering up the Earth within the Monkey too. Expect a loud month with big events in geopolitics, rather than a quiet one..

Here is the Feng Shui map of this Chinese month, before adding the Flying Stars..

This month Northeast is a very sensitive sector, being both the month breaker and the 5 yellow. Leave this sector as quiet as possible; do not slam any door in this location of your home.

South is also a sensitive sector as it receives the 3 killings of the month as well as challenging annual afflictions. It is an area best left undisturbed all this year.
Southeast is also sensitive with the monthly robbery sha but as you’ll see the monthly and annual Flying Stars make up for it. Southwest receives the Grand Duke and therefore is a storage of Chi. It can be activated carefully.

For the good sectors now. West is where the monthly Peach blossom is located. You can spend time there to activate your romance luck or enhance your reputation. It can also be stimulated gently (more classical music than hard rock for example).

East, North, the centre and Northwest do not receive any afflictions but we’re going to see their Flying Stars combos.

We have now started the Yin Wood Goat month - Yi Wei. It goes from July 6th to August 6th. The Stem or “Chi from above” is Wood in its Yin (flexible) form and the Branch or “Chi from the Earth” is the Goat. The Goat is the bookend of the summer season (in China and Northern hemisphere); as such it is a “warm” astrological month. This sign is full of dry earth - think of scenery like New Mexico, Sedona, or of a field after the harvested at the end of a hot summer. The Yang now starts to decline but the cosmic heat is lasting and dries up the soil.
Each of the 4 Earth signs - Dragon, Goat, Dog and Ox - is also the storage of another element. Storage means that this Element ends its cycle there. The Goat is the storage of the Wood Element. So logically the Wood Element that was thriving in spring season (in the Rabbit sign) should now go to sleep. However this year the pairing Stem/Branch sees Wood “sprouting back” instead of going to sleep. On that note, all 4 earth month see this year the resurgence of their main Element out of time: the Yang Water Dragon (April), the Yin Wood Goat (July), the potentially challenging Yang Fire Dog (October) and the Yin Metal Ox (December).
The first Chi pattern to analyse is therefore Wood emerging and sprouting back at a time when it was declining. The second image of Yi Wei is one of a resilient plant that survive and thrive in arid conditions - such as a cactus. Yi or Yin Wood is one of the most resilient and adaptable form out of the 5 Elements and it is those characteristics that we are going to see displayed this month, as well as its inner strength.
This cycle of restarting what we thought was over means that what has been dragging is going to drag more. Zelensky just got a few more billions out of our collective pockets and the Iran war ceasefire is now gone - again. On that topic I am stopping predictions on the end of those wars. I was still a bit naïve into thinking they would follow astrological cycles. But truly they are meant to be permanent - 1984 style. So there is no point to try predict something that by its nature won’t follow cycles…The aim is to drain us all and it is working very well. Still, resilience is the theme of the month and one you can explore under your own modality to get more and more out of this Matrix.
Due to this month’s nature, I expect that the underdogs will show some strength and bring some surprises at the time. This could mean some surprises for the world cup for example. Well, it depends what you think of as a surprise…The opening ceremony was full of not-so-cool symbolism (such as the atomic radiation logo when seen from above) so it’s likely that the games are rigged to offer a polarising outcome. The aim is always to produce more loosh - aka negative emotions - rather than elevate us. So if you’re into it, try to not get too attached to the outcome. That being said I was in Buenos Aires by luck for the previous world cup in December 2022 and the display of national pride and joy that erupted all night long in the city and country wide was anything but loosh - it was pure unaltered joy for a nation that needed this ego boost at the time. So it can be positive too…I’ll put a video to show you that historical moment.
The coming back to life is a pattern of this month. Take for example Marine Le Pen, the far right candidate, whom has just been condemned but decide to still run for the presidential election even if she wears an ankle monitor. As there is another official candidate for her party (Jordan Bardella), it is a surprise and throwing havoc in the political class. She’s truly making a comeback during that month. Expect those type of stubborn behaviour (“I’m not gonna go away easily”) all over the month. Yi the Yin Wood adapts, survives and thrives even more in challenging conditions. It is THE month during which famous people who might be in trouble with justice will fight back. I can also foresee various results be challenged - the world cup matches, but also election or trials decisions - with public agitation demanding for things to be overturned. Please let me know when you see such case occurring in your country during this Chinese month.

Yin Wood is often associated with young people and the return of the Wood “out of season” also means that some unrest coming from this group will be on displayed. With Wood there is always a focus on younger people as well as anger coming from the liver; both often merge in the news whenever Yang or Yin Wood is the Stem present. Living part time near Paris I can already foresee some display of violence from “the young” after the France-Maroc game. But we might also see this frustration in other places. It’s very tedious but we can expect a temporary return to wokeness, with angry young marxists or the liking challenging anything traditional they see as a target. It perfectly illustrates the surge of Wood when it should go to rest - leading the wrong fights basically. Don’t forget that the Goat as Earth sign also represents tradition and old systems.

The cactus conveyed by this month brings the idea of hot weather. The heatwave that has plagued Europe (artificially generated) will most likely continue and be intensified during this month. A cactus thriving into a Yang Fire Horse year conjures the image of scorching hot weather. Heatwaves, wildfire and the BS of global warming (which of course doesn’t apply to data center) will be the main topic of our propagandist in chiefs. Fires are especially likely and as usual they’ll be mostly from arsonists but relentlessly labelled as a global warming effect.Just turn off the TV for a while… With this wood emerging back and during this hot year, I also expect typhoons, hurricanes or tornadoes to make the news one way or another. This is because Wood is also linked to the concept of air/wind.

Now for the more positive trends. The image conveyed by this month encourage techniques such as architectural biomimicry and building with mother nature. Both construction and textile could witness some innovative new material appearing at this time. I foresee news around for example a special type of material derived from nature (plants or animals) or inspired by it (high tech ceramic).The month is excellent for topic such as eco construction and true ecology as practiced by our ancestors: the traditions brought by the Goat sprout back to life with the innovative Yin Wood Stem. It also applies to food and techniques such as sourdough or permaculture should be hot topics. Eco-village and natural textiles (especially h**p) are also likely to be trends. This is the positive reversal of wake attacking traditional values; there is also a desire to bring back the beauty of traditions that respect nature.
It is also an excellent month to help our bodies to regain mobility. This pairing of Stem and Branch is very evocative to “something stiff and harden regaining flexibility” and “life coming back”. Go for that yoga retreat! If you want to start something less time consuming at home, I can recommend the program from Elastaboy. I’ve seen great benefits doing it daily (no affiliation whatsoever, just sharing what I love).
If you are a : painter, writer, illustrator, interior designer, fashion designer, hairstylist or an artist in general, know that this month can be very inspiring. In terms of discovery, the month is not one for major breakthroughs I think. The field of botanics however and especially mycology should see some exciting news. I dare to predict that a new type of mushroom could be discovered this month, or new properties from mushrooms.
The emotion to work on and master is for this month anger. When you see it emerging, try to understand the trigger and see how you can transmute it. It often appears on aspects escaping our control or due to unloved shadow side. If you can see what you cannot yet accept or love in your angry trigger at this time, you’ll gain great insight. And don’t forget that some anger is legitimate, as sometimes it’s what’s needed to catalyse changes.

These are generally used for:

Success days are when the Chi is most vibrant.

Neutral/Flexible days:

These are neither strongly auspicious nor inauspicious.
They work well when matched correctly to the activity.
Close days are when the Chi is at its lowest point. Some consider it negative, other neutral. It is good for meditation and spiritual retreats but not good to start something major, hence the name…

Challenging days
Danger
Destruction
These are usually avoided for important positive events like weddings, launches, investments, or moving house. Be also careful with medical procedures. Useful for:
endings
demolition
cleansing
retreat
reflection.

Monthly Feng Shui map

The Yin Wood Goat month goes from the 7th of July to the 7th of August included in the solar calendar. Here is the Feng Shui map of this Chinese month, before adding the Flying Stars.

This month it is both Southwest and West that are badly affected. I don't recommend stimulating those sectors and ideally do not spend more time than necesary in the rooms located in the Southwest or West sector of your home.

We have the monthly Tai Sui/grand duke in Southwest, as well as the Robbery sha. This sector is this month very sensitive and is concentrate a very strong Chi and it should not be stimulated at all, if possible.
We have the 5 yellow (Flying Star) and the San Sha/3 Killings in the West. This sector is also very sensitive
We have the monthly Sui Po in Northeast. This sector should also be handled with care and ideally not stimulated much.

For the good sectors now. North is where the monthly Peach blossom is located. While it's still heavy for the annual Chi, North is also this month benefiting from good flying stars and should be considered and auspicious sector. You can spend time there to activate your romance luck or enhance your reputation. It can also be stimulated gently (more classical music than hard rock for example).

Southeast is where the monthly Sky Horse is located. Yan can spend time over there to fasten up projects and stimulate your career.

We are now starting a new Chinese month: the Yang Wood Horse. This month pairs the restless energy of Wu, the Horse sign, with Jia, a Yang Wood Stem.
This month is bold, vibrant and visible. It’s both a tall tree magnified by the rays of the sun (the good side) and the start of a wildfire that could consume tens the whole forest (the challenging side). One thing for sure, it is difficult to ignore.
As you’re acute observers, you’ll notice that this is also a Horse month inside a Horse year. The imagery chosen at the time of creation of those sign was not random; it encompasses some qualities. A Horse represents the peak of Fire energy and summer season much better than a turtle for example. Its main energy is vibrant, fast, restless. With those two horses together, we have the image of wild animals galloping. They are hard to stop. The Fire is spreading. Furthermore, the Wood thrown in the mix means that this Fire has fuel to burn and be sustained.
It is a month of massive kinetic energy, one that can hardly be contained. I see several images manifesting:
-one or more societal movement
-shedding a new light; a a quest for truth and demand for answers
-possible riots or violence the explosive side of fire
-a possible paradigm change
-energy development

Let me first comment on this last point. If you’ve read my predictions for the Year of the Fire Horse, you know that I’ve predicted a major revelation in form of disclosure regarding aliens and how long they interact with us. Now they might be inter-dimensional rather than extra-terrestrial. This would connect to some shamanic cultures and the realms visited under psychedelics experiences such ad DMT. Regardless of their nature and intent, there is little doubt in my mind that politicians of a certain level know the files and will reveal what they want to direct a narrative that will serve them. My feeling is that this year of the Yang Fire Horse is the right time for this revelation for several reasons:
the abundance of fire connects us to spirituality and creates a desire to believe. It’s the right time to implant new beliefs, a new religion so to speak
the intensity of light contained in this year makes it harder to hide facts; they come to light
the Fire, rising above, connect to the ideal of outer space
This new month, being one where Fire shines very bright and also one starting a Stem cycle (Yang Wood being the first Stem to emerge) is ideal to bring such revelation to the masses. If it doesn’t happen right now, then the month of the Yin Fire Rooster (September) or the Yang Earth Dog and its return of Fire (October) are other likely candidates. At the very least the Spielberg movie Disclosure day released this month is preparing the ground psychologically. There is no doubt imho that disclosure will happen in our lifetime and that it will be full of lies and half truths. Let’s see if it’s this month.
The Yang Wood emerging and pushing represents ideas or a movement gaining traction. With the overwhelming Fire there is no stopping it. Yang Wood, being an upright and inflexible Chi, is connected to the idea of righteousness and morality. And so is the Horse, surprisingly as a sign that wants to reveal and shine light. The combination of both can power up a movement to reclaim values, put back orders, bring back morality etc. I’d argue that we are seeing it right now with the aftermath of the senseless murder or Henry Nowak in the UK that is a tipping point as you can see from some screenshots from Twitter (never gonna call it X). I foresee this movement to gain traction and other movements aiming at restoring moral order to spread this month, as the Yang Wood-Fire combination is the ideal combo to those ideas to take over. Know that the combination of Yang Wood (morality that doesn’t bend) and Fire (connection to the spiritual) is energetically better connected to traditional political values (right, conservative, christian etc). It might therefore push such movements to gain traction.
Of course the excess of Fire and agitation of the Wood (that is connected to the emotion of anger) has also the potential to bring riots and strong protests. Those riots have already manifested a in the past days in Brussels. I expect a month full of societal tensions where politics will be as polarised as ever. Riots could be connected to sports which is another theme this month.

There is also a risk for violence to erupt, especially through fi****ms. However you might be surprised that the excess of Fire is less likely to bring this than a clash of Fire and Metal. So I think the Fire Rooster month of September will see some traumatic events happening (such as shooting, an attack etc) but this month it’s more everyday violence through agitation. Business as usual so to speak, unfortunately. As Wood connect to younger people, violence is likely to involve young people still.

What about the other crisis the world is going through?
First the Ormuz strait. I was optimistic for a deal during the Yin Water Snake month but despite some tentatives it didn’t manifest. Now this month is apparently polarised and not the best general influence for a compromise. Furthermore the excess Fire feeds Earth (Wood is burned so cannot controls it) and this is an earth-blocking-water problem we have with this strait. The following month, the Yin Wood Goat, is however easier for negotiations and compromises. Based on the month’s surface Chi, the tendency is for a no deal.
Or is it?
As usual we have to go a bit deeper. Inside the Yang Fire nature of Wu/Horse are two hidden roots: Ding - Yin Fire and Yi - Yin Earth. Yin Earth is the game changer here. Jia (Yang Wood) forms a combination with Yi (Yin Earth) that transforms Wood into Earth. This combination is effective this month as the Fire supports it. In real life, it means that a compromise involving land or politics can be stuck between two camps that appear inflexible and opinionated. That seems a LOT like the USA-IRAN situation.
Furthermore we have to put back Trump in the equation, like it or not. His paymaster (ruler of his Bazi astrology) is Yin Earth too; precisely the one that likes to combines with Yang Wood. Due to the uncertainty about his time of birth there is always a debate to know if Trump is a strong Earth chart or a dominant one. I lean on dominant…in that case he would use Fire. Therefore this month can benefit him in form of a deal. But the benefits we sees could also come from the disclosure I’ve mentioned earlier.
Let’s look at this arc in a slightly different way. The opposition is currently about the flow that is blocked and involved water (boats, sea), fire (oil, energy) and earth (land masses and conservative politics). If it drags, we’ll have to look at month that restore the flow this year, even if they are not smooth. September/Rooster and December/Rat are those months and I’ll explain while when we get there.

What about viruses and plan-demics? The hantavirus story didn’t take and here I wish to congratulate the whole world to display extreme fatigue and resistance to such BS narrative. The puppeteers behind such manufactured events monitor closely our interest and emotional response. Here it tanked and the hantavirus narrative was abandoned rather quickly. Same for ebola that they tried shortly after. That is not to say that the month was not prone to manifest health issues; the Flying Star configuration with 9/5 in South was definitely bound to manifest news around health and bacteria/viruses coming from that direction (Ushuaia, Argentina = South).
What about this new month then? We now have an 8/5 combo in South that still powers up the negative 5 yellow. South is also a very sensitive sector this year and this month it is the recipient of the monthly Great Duke- that’s where the Chi is the strongest and should not be disturbed. Therefore I expect news around health issues coming from the South but not taking over and paralyse the whole word. Those movements of panic that don’t entirely block or rewrite society are by the way abundant this year: it’s the nature of Fire to spread rapidly but also to be gone fast. It’s hard to install a fire as something permanent, its nature is transient.

The other main tendencies is that the light of the two Wu together makes it harder to conceal. Facts come to the surface and the anger of the Wood asks for heads to roll. Expect corruption, scandals and schemes to be exposed more than ever right now. The Jia/Yi combo can manifest the removal of a leader this month. The North-South axis is this month very charged and the combo of Yang Wood and Yin Earth also speaks about farming. I therefore expect a possible scandal or new light to be shed on the disastrous South American Common Market (Mercosur) deal or around agriculture. Tensions with farmers could arise at this time.

After having looked at those potential challenges, what is this month good for? Understand that it’s one for the most energetic of the whole year. The combination with the year makes it an absolute powerhouse. We could hear massive developments in term of a new energy breakthrough, that is also bound to happen this year imho.
You can take advantage of this kinetic month to launch some projects of yours: go bold, go strong, make some noise. Talking about noise this Chi is inspiring for musicians that lean more towards rock and electronics sounds: it is also beautiful for festivals, concerts, visual shows and performances.
There is also sheer joy that can hardly be contained in this month, the galloping horses that intend to experience their freedom. So it’s a GREAT month to go celebrate and especially around dance and music. It is also a good month for the movie industry. By the way this year brings a strong box office, showing that cinema loves the Fire every and is lower when Water takes over (Covid years).
A word of caution still. The month is so full of energy that you shall be mindful to not add more to this. It is another month when taking stimulants - the illegal kind especially - could backfire. If you want to experience a spiritual breakthrough the month can help you with that, but try to induce changes of consciousness through dance, meditation and breathing rather than chemically. Meditation by the way is the other way to go this month as it’ll help channel the spiritual fire and also brings back the Earth needed to calm this ardent flame. So go dance and meditate afterwards…
This strong fire can also be used to reform your life at any level but is especially connected to sport, besides spirituality. I expect sports to a focus this month and possible records be shattered. The intensity of Fire makes it easier to destroy bad habits if you’re sincere about it. Use this Chi to change your life.

If you follow this page you know that I like to make precise precisions for each year and month; as I believe the Bazi is a grid that allow us to analyse cosmic and earthy forces for predictions. Here is a bit of what I wrote about this current month: "In the not all peach and roses news, the Water Snake is a bit too slippery. Which means it can induce landslides and mudslides and earthquakes. The combination of Stem producing Fire and the slight Fire-Metal clash can also trigger more fires this month especially attacking industrial complex (oil refineries, factories) and with a possibility of chemical leak. It’s a very precise prediction, a habit of mine, so keep your eyes peeled for that type of news. Typhoons, tornadoes or cyclones are also more likely to occur and be more intense at this time."
As you'll see in the screenshots I am joining, there has now been several incidents involving chemical plants this month - in Washington and China for example. Why did I make such prediction? Let me walk you through it.
For the Chinese calendar we are in a Yin Water Snake month. The Chi at work is therefore Yin Water, along with the Yin Fire of the Snake and the Yang Fire, Yang Metal and Yang Earth contained within the Snake. When Yin Water and Yang Earth meet, they form a combination that can transform into Fire. This month is transform as the the Fire of this year (Fire Horse) allows for the transformation. The Water transformed into Fire is evocative of a chemical cloud or spill. Furthermore this Fire emerging now clash with the Metal of the Snake, Metal that represents manufacturing and factories for example. This is how I made such prediction.
Now the Earth becoming Fire also indicates earth instability, once the landslides that have also manifested as you'll see. Both predictions unfortunately combined into the gaz explosion and collapse of a mine in China.

For this new Chinese month, the combination is Yin Water as the Stem (=Chi from the cosmic side) and the Snake sign (Chi coming from the Earth). Known as Gui Si, this Yin Water snake is a rather elegant animal and a combination of Chi more harmonious than the first three months we’ve been through since the year of the Fire Horse started. Think about it: a water snake is an animal that can slide effortlessly on earth but also swim and go underwater. All of this without having any limbs. It’s s beautiful paradox, a chimera that exists in real life. The image conveyed by this Chi is already one that says: combining different worlds and making it work.

A closer examination of the Chi a work also gives me hope. The Yin Water is sorely needed this year, as the overwhelming fire needs to be cooled down to find pacification. We’ve seen what this Fire excess has produced already - a new war and reshaping the economy around energy sources. So Water is the vital Element lacking this year and seeing it emerging is really good news. The Yang Water of last month was clashing with the year’s energy; this Yin Water is more compatible.
Furthermore we are now entering the astrological summer season, that is made of the Snake, Horse and Goat signs. So the Snake is a partner to this year’s Horse and compatible with its energy. The gentle nature of a drizzling rain falling on a scorching hot summer day is another image conveyed here. It is what nature is craving.
I therefore see encouraging signs that solutions could be found and compromises being made during such Chinese month. In fact, the Snake is THE master at diplomacy and finding solutions in the Chinese zodiac. And a Water Snake is even more skilled and adaptable than a regular one.
I stand by my prediction of last month that the Iran war should come to a conclusion with some sort of deal or lasting ceasefire before we reach the month of the Yang Wood Horse, starting on June 5th. You see, it is also the inner combination happening in the Water Snake that gives me hope. As you’re interested in Bazi, it’s always important to see what alchemy is happening between the Stems and Roots, also know as the hidden attributes of the sign. The Snake roots are: Yang Fire, Yang Earth and Yang Metal. And this is where the magic happens. The Yin Water of this month combines harmoniously with the Yang Earth within the Snake. This pairing produces Fire at this time. It is a Stem combination representing the union of Heaven and Earth.
The Fire produced brings illumination and cast a new light on the current situation. It also represents gentleness that ease and positively influence a mindset that was previously very stubborn or immovable (that is, the Yang Earth part). This Stems combination is an even better reason to hopefully see some deal and ceasefire stroke this month. Note as well that we have the movement of Yin Water, relating to transport and even more so to boats and landmass (Yang Earth) working together and producing an Element representing energy sources (Fire). It is a good omen for the current strait of Hormuz situation.

The slight challenge here is that some of the beneficial and needed Water then evaporate and becomes Fire this month, adding oil to fire so to speak. However it’s not all of it and the union remains auspicious in the textbook interpretation.

As Fire cast some light on reality this month and we see union of earth and sky (heaven), the UFO revelation is going to the next level. See the screenshots attached to this post: they are now preparing some religious authorities about disclosure on extraterrestrial life. If you have read my yearly predictions you might recall it is one of my major predictions for this year, with a strong possibility of official disclosure from the US. Here are some of my words on the matter:
"It is in this area that I expect one of the biggest paradigm shifts for our society and here I am making one of my boldest predictions, ever. You see in period 9 the Fire means that hidden facts get revealed…And the hottest one, the one most connected to other realms is more likely imho to be revealed during this year full of Fire that shines so bright that something important cannot be hidden anymore. A year during which revelations have more impact due to the reach of the Yang Fire/Sun. In my opinion this is the year where we get confirmation that aliens exist and that they have been interacting with our species, from a very official source..
If it’s not aliens I’m still adamant that a major “official” revelation will change our perception of the world during this Horse Fire year. The hottest months to reveal something of this nature are the Tiger month (4th of February to 4th of March), the Horse month (5th of June to 6th of July) and the Rooster month (7th of September to 7th of October) and finally the Dog month (8th of October to 6th of November). Note that Spielberg is releasing a movie called Disclosure day on this very same topic this year. Coincidence? I think not."
So expect this narrative to ramp up this month, prepping us for possible disclosure next month or later this year. Another type of disclosure that can occur this month is actually about the geo-engineering of weather and this worldwide manipulation. What else could we see manifesting during this Gui Si month? The restructuring of the airline industry will continue as both Water and Fire are connected to this mean of transport. It’s possible at this time that some governments will give tax rebates or subsidies to help airlines get out of the current conundrum. I however expect a month with more flights suppression. But the uncanny ability of the Water Snake to go on land and underwater means that I also foresee good development in some branch of transport industry; with possibilities of technological advancements, mergers or new regulations appearing.

The Yin Water/Yang Earth combo I was highlighting is also likely to bring sexual scandals to the surface; especially involving religious figures or the entertainment industry. Maybe not at the scale of the Me too movement, but nevertheless it’s likely to make some waves. It could just be the continuation of the Epstein files…Just know that this month and the next ones are the biggest ones for revelations of all sort. Hidden facts cannot remains in the dark anymore. The sheer intensity of the next month will be a possible paradigm shift, but we’ll cross this bridge once we get there.

In the not all peach and roses news, the Water Snake is a bit too slippery. Which means it can induce landslides and mudslides and earthquakes. The combination of Stem producing Fire and the slight Fire-Metal clash can also trigger more fires this month especially attacking industrial complex (oil refineries, factories) and with a possibility of chemical leak. It’s a very precise prediction, a habit of mine, so keep your eyes peeled for that type of news. Typhoons, tornadoes or cyclones are also more likely to occur and be more intense at this time.

There is a shadow side to this month. It is not the Pillar itself (Gui Si), but the flying Stars. This time the negative yellow 5 flies in the centre; a position that can trigger the spread of disease. When Covid appeared in late 2019, the 5 yellow was in the centre but for the whole year. Granted, the 5 is bound to be in the centre one month every year and it doesn’t trigger pandemics. It is however a year during which the excess of Fire can weakens the lungs; and a Water Snake goes fast, very fast. South is also affected: the 5 yellow of the year is there and is reinforced this month by the 9 Flying Star landing. As South is the most sensitive sector of the year (2 annual afflictions), its potential for triggering illness (south America, southern hemisphere…) is lingering.

The news just broke of a man treated for a rare Hantavirus in Switzerland; this virus came from a CRUISE ship coming from Ushuaia. Isn't it amawing regarding the flying star and this month's Chi? We have here a boat, coming from the southernest point of South america (Ushuaia), carrying a disease that now is in a patient in the CENTRE of Europe (Switwerland)! Real or red flag event, let’s monitor what will unfold.

Avoid disturbing the room at the centre of your home this month, such as slamming doors, playing loud music, using fire or worst renovating. If your kitchen, toilets or bathroom are in the centre, hang a large 6 rods metallic wind chime over there to weekend the 5 Yellow.

Like the previous month, this Chi is prone to bring underwater discoveries but especially in the field of archeology and related to myths. Mu or Atlantis are morel likely to make the news, but cities or remains could be discovered at this time.

What is this month good for? The Snake is all about flexibility and it’s a great month to go back in our bodies and increase flexibility. The union of Earth and Water producing Fire also means it’s a good time to focus on digestion and see what you assimilate and don’t. A food diary and simpler meals will be useful at the time; pay also attention to your emotions - what do you digest or didn’t - and be mindful of eating slowly and quietly. No phone in sight. If you feel that some emotions or traumas are still undigested, visualise the energy of a vulture digesting them for you - as this animal has in shamanism the power to digest and dissolve anything. With the 5 yellow in the centre, the stomach is more sensitive this month and is the organ to assist. Digestive enzymes can also be a real relief, and fresh ginger is certainly a better digestive help than coffee.
