Mentoring Harrow is a 2 year project designed and delivered by London Business Partnership and funded by the London Borough of Harrow and the Greater London Authority that will: provide over 40 trained business mentors to support over 140 entrepreneurs (pre-start, start up and existing) create sustainable and/or growing ventures that will create local employment opportunities as well as make an on-going contribution to the economic development of the borough. The Mentoring Harrow programme offers start-up and businesses under 5 years, a minimum of 6 hours of mentoring in an agreed period of time to help them achieve their growth potential and improve their performance. Mentoring sessions will be delivered depending on the mentees needs preferably face-to-face or either via e-mail, telephone or Skype etc. Workshops, peer-to-peer groups and a helpline to the Mentoring Harrow team are also available to recipients.
