Chance Encounters, a collaborative installation by international design practice HASSELL and lighting designers einstein & sons, is a celebration of the unforeseeable outcomes of the random, the unknown, the unplanned and the unpredictable.

Based on the idea of being caught in a sudden rain storm, this immersive installation uses interactive digital technologies and lighting design hidden amongst a beautifully crafted backdrop to create a playful and surprising experience which responds to the presence of visitors and encourages their interaction with the space and each other.

Chance Encounters opens on 19th September 2016 and runs until 2nd December
Opening times during London Design Festival: 10:00am – 18:00pm

...Our last week's work: For our friends and collaborators from Woodroffe Bassett Design we have programmed the opening ceremony for this year's Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Malta. In front of a VVIP audience including the Queen of England an immersive show, directed by Ray Calleja, was performed in the historic Sacra Infermale in Valetta. Another successful finished project on the corporate side of life! German automaker Audi opened a new dynamic drive area at the Airport Munich and therefore the Audi Sport Training took place. ...we have just finished the immersive theatrical artwork Clusters of Light in Cairo for our friends and collaborators from Woodroffe Bassett Design. Roland from einstein & sons has been responsible for the associate design, programming and lighting direction for a stunning show which was performed in front of a capacity crowd in Egypt, as well as has been broadcasted live to an audience of over 20 million people in the Arabic world...
