Are you a motion graphics expert or animator who is always up for the challenges, love being creative and producing quality designs? Reporting to the creative head - This role is ideal for a highly creative candidate who can turn concepts into reality through motion graphics and story-tell through the editing process. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and adapt to ever-changing demands. You will be tasked with conceptualising, designing and executing the production of animations and motion graphic videos. The animator will produce high quality motion graphics to be used in videos, websites, social media posts etc.
Technical Skill Set Required
·An expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro
·Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
·Strategic and artistic with design, animation and compositing — hand drawing talent and skills are a plus
·Knowledge of video formats for a range of applications, video compression standards, aspect ratios, interlacing issues, frame rates, and HD post production workflows
·Fluency in current motion graphic design products and practices, such as Adobe Creative Suite, compositors, digital editing and 3D
·Capacity to remain focused in a team-oriented environment, work independently and proactively as needed to identify problems and find solutions
·Ability to manage and archive project files and backups
·Professional knowledge and experience of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, and all similar tools

Key Areas of Responsibility
·Participate in creative brainstorm sessions and visual explorations for creative development; share new design perspectives and idea
·Create superior, original motion graphic designs and animation
·Manage time effectively in order to meet project milestone
·Maintain organisation and communication in a team setting
·Create and animate graphic assets that support and integrate into a variety of video projects for a variety of partners.
·Create fully animated videos and individual assets that can be used in a variety of contexts, such as other videos, social media executions, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
·An excellent portfolio that shows evidence of creative content generation and excellent design/editing skills, including a demo reel.
·Minimum 2 years of professional experience in established animation studios, branding agencies, or senior in-house motion graphic branding roles
