I’ve been teaching this in some sessions this week and thought I’d share it here.

Your brain will look for what you tell it to look for and what you prime it to notice and what you tell it is important.

What are you telling your brain to look for?

Have you told yourself lately that it’s going to work out? That you’re going to be great? That people are going to love what you offer? That you are doing brilliantly? That you’re a brilliant mum?

Try it today 😘

Lots of love
Tracey

P.S. I’d primed my brain to think this dress wouldn’t suit me. I didn’t buy it!

Have you ever had a mental load dream? 😭

I’m still recovering!

Other things to add to the description on my dream…

The somewhat crushing feeling of being responsible for everyone and everything - I even had extended family members in this dream!

Doubting myself at every turn.

Making a decision then forgetting what it was.

And it all feeling sooooo real - even though we absolutely wouldn’t be going skiing in August! 🤪

Is this our version of a peri-menopause wet dream? 🤣 but way less interesting!

Am I on the cusp of menopause? šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

You’ve started your business… now someone tells you that you need to market it.

But where on earth do you actually start?

Meet Emma Hodges, Marketing Strategist and founder of Biscuit Communications.

Emma has worked in marketing for 25 years, including 15 years in-house and the last 10 years running her own business. She now coaches and mentors female founders who feel overwhelmed by marketing and aren’t sure what they should actually be doing.

And Emma is passionate about changing the idea that marketing simply means posting on social media.

Because when you have the right strategy, it can transform so much more than your Instagram feed.

Your offer.
Your goals.
Your customer journey.
How your business is structured.
And ultimately, how you spend your time.

At Founder Mums First Steps, Emma will be joining us for a practical session:

ā€œSo I have to market my business… now what?ā€

If marketing feels like one more thing on your already very long to-do list, Emma is going to help you make sense of what actually matters, where to focus and how to create a strategy that works for your business.

We can’t wait to have her with us! šŸ’›
