The EU GERIS project has been a fascinating two-year journey that has looked at the gaps in community and state interventions around the role of religious groups in reducing conflict. It has been a pleasure to meet so many different organisations from different faiths with a like-minded approach to making positive change.

It has been fascinating to write a consortium tender for the EU4Independent Media EU framework call this past month with consultancy firm DAI. The Programme will cover the six Eastern Partnership countries and provide support to independent and investigative media outlets, entertainment and children's programme production companies with a welcome emphasis on supporting media management and media finance.

It has been a fascinating week as facilitator of six global conversations for the EU's GERIS programme exploring religion in society across a wide range of topics, including Living Together, Diversity in Education and Resolution and Transitional Justice.

It has been a privilege to learn about the work of so many faith and non-faith activists around the world.

It was great to attend the EU's Global Exchange on Religion in Society launch today. Projects-Direct produced the text of the winning tender and will lead some of the global discussions next week on the themes of Living Together, Diversity through Education and Reconciliation.

Our second UN report will be uploaded to the UNECE open website later this month.
It includes an evaluation of the UN's view of how COVID-19 has impacted trade in: Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Ro Moldova and Serbia.

As part of our work for the UN, I attended the presentation of the report: Impact of Covid on Armenian Cross-border Trade today. It was interesting to hear how MSMEs are coping under the current pandemic and how they are being supported.
