Congratulations to Limoli, whom we placed as Executive Chef at , part of Restaurants, as he embarks on this exciting new chapter.

Matteo is an accomplished Italian chef with an impressive career across some of the most respected names in hospitality. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef with Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, leading the kitchen at Fiola Mare in Washington, DC bringing a wealth of experience from some of the industry’s most recognised culinary destinations.

His career has taken him through Michelin-starred kitchens in Italy, as well as leading roles with Fireman Hospitality Group and Landmark Hospitality. His combination of Italian culinary heritage, fine dining expertise and executive-level leadership makes him a standout addition to the STARR Restaurants team. With Borromini marking an exciting new chapter for STARR, Matteo is exceptionally well placed to lead the culinary vision and bring his own expertise and style to the concept.

Wishing Matteo every success in his new role. We’re delighted to have played a part in bringing together such an accomplished chef and an exciting new restaurant concept.
