Jessica Penglis Makeup Artist Freelance Makeup Artist based in London, though quite flexible with travel. There I studied Bridal, Fashion, Media/Photographic, Special Effects & Theatrical.

After a decade in healthcare, I decided to embrace my creative side & undertook an IMA Diploma at the London College of Beauty & Makeup. With my passion for makeup & equipped with the skills learnt at college, I have embarked out into the freelance makeup artist world!
