La percezione individuale sulla qualità di un servizio può essere molto diversa dall'oggettività dettata da criteri standard condivisi. I clienti delle vostre palestre magari sono abbastanza soddisfatti e non si lamentano, ma questo non significa necessariamente che offrite un servizio eccellente.

Sarebbe interessante ispirarci al sistema di classificazione della guida Michelin per valutare i centri fitness sulla base di parametri rigorosi: dalla pulizia alla competenza dello staff, dalla varietà dei corsi all'efficienza dei processi. Probabilmente applicando standard elevati oggettivi, poche palestre meriterebbero il massimo punteggio.

Ma l'obiettivo di ogni box owner deve essere ambizioso: alzare l'asticella della qualità a prescindere dalle aspettative dei clienti, magari basse. Puntare a migliorarsi continuamente in base a criteri di eccellenza condivisi e universalmente riconosciuti.

Quindi, se un ispettore terzo e imparziale venisse a valutare la vostra palestra, quante "stelle" pensate che vi attribuirebbe? Siete sicuri al 100% di meritare il massimo del punteggio?
